We brought our dog here for grooming, two times. The first time I thought everything went well we scheduled the second grooming with the same groomer. The day we get there we are told that she’s not there. Someone else would have to fit Sophie in or reschedule. She basically was there for the entire day. the lady who handled the counter was extremely rude. It would’ve been nice to get a phone call saying that the groomer wouldn’t be there. Instead of me driving her all the way up there taking time off of work.They charged me an extra $20, I have no idea why I was pissed off didn’t ask just decided never to go there again. Consistency is key. You’re over priced! And you need to work on your Customer Service skills

I was in such desperate need of getting my birds nails done. I saw in the reviews on here that someone had taken their birds, so I called and was able to get in. The owners were very sweet and super welcoming. We went into a private room with no dogs and barely any noise. The woman was fantastic and ensured that I was there the whole time with my babies. Will definitely be coming back here soon! Thank you so much!!

Today was the second time I took my senior dog to Rain Dogs for a grooming. The owner-groomers made a big fuss over her, and warmly welcomed her back. They did a magnificent grooming job, and were very patient with her. The salon is very cozy and beautifully decorated. I could not be more pleased, and highly recommend Rain Dogs for your pet's grooming needs.

Rain dogs is the best groomer we have found in Venice! I feel VERY comfortable when leaving Mason for his grooming. They are very professional and are such sweet people.. we will never take Mason anywhere else...Thank you for taking such good care of him.❤️

What the owner replied with on my previous review is so wrong. We’ve been happy with every cut and have always asked for feedback on our dogs behavior. Today was so out of the blue and our dog is rarely matted. Not sure what happened today. I would have gladly paid the additional cost if I had been told when I picked him up.

Been going to RD every month for +1 year. VERY happy til today. Each time, I ask "how did he do?". Never had negative feedback. A few times, asked RD to adjust face to fuller cut. Today, he came home looking really wacky and my wife called. Owner said he acted up today and was very difficult. We apologized. 5 min later, she called to say "we're letting you go because he ALWAYS acts up and you are a bad fit for us...also - I should have charged you $100 (instead of $75)". She suggested we go somewhere else. That was a very sad interaction.
