Paws & Purrs Grooming

We brought our 11 week old Cavapoo in for his first grooming visit. Upon walking in, everyone was so welcoming and friendly. They had the cutest decor and fun toys for every dog size. The person up front was so much help and was so kind with our boy. The groomer was just as amazing and shared some professional and knowledgeable information to help us through our new journey. If you are looking for a great place where you feel your dog is safe and in great loving hands, this is ABSOLUTELY your place! Thank you all for the wonderful experience. Wow, brought my very skiddish cat to have her nails clipped and a couple of matted spots shaved. The hardest part was at home, getting her in her carrier, and dreaded what her behavior would be with the groomer. We’ve had terrible experiences before( at petsmart) with her being terrified and " uncooperative " …but once we got her there they had absolutely no issues and got her shaved and clipped in minutes!!! Customer for life!!

GREAT EXPERIENCE! They did the impossible by grooming my Miniature T-Rex I mean schnauzer! They did an absolute amazing job! 10/10 will be back again.

I could barely wait to get home to post this review. This place just worked a miracle for me! After years of dealing with extreme anxiety around nail trimmings with our mini Aussie, the groomer here just trimmed all 10 nails in less than 5 minutes, without even having to muzzle her. This has been an ongoing issue for us, seeking help from our vet, trying to condition her at home, and being turned away by a handful of other groomers after she would show any reaction to her paws being handled. Here, they told me to bring her on down when I called this morning and they got right to work. I swear they had the back paws done before she even noticed. She got a little skittish with her front paws but they calmed her through it and worked quickly and efficiently. I am still beside myself! This isn't just about hygiene to us: I worried it had negatively impacted our relationship with our dog because she stopped trusting us. Trying to "get her used to" having her paws handled always resulted in her running and hiding, even after just a quick graze, and caused her to regress with allowing us to perform other grooming activities (like brushing). I was at a loss and now I'm feeling so much better. She left happy! They have made me a customer for life.

Paws and purrs always do an amazing job on my pups! Not only are they super helpful and accommodating, but they are very affordable, and both my pups look so soft and clean when they finish with them! 10/10 recommend!!

Love this place. I have been taking my adorable fur baby for grooming. They offer all kinds of grooming services from shampoo/conditioner to nail cut and filing, ears and glands cleaning , teeth cleaning… Recommendation Kierri who has been so sweet and gentle in handling my very quiet, calm and old (17 year old) Yorkie. The shampoo and cologne they use last and smell so pleasant. They give these cute bow ties to send your baby home. Mine got a fall themed one. I used to go to the unnamed place across the street on Indian River Road (rhymes with pear a blot) and this place is leagues better!

I love this groomer so much! I have a German Shepherd with very high anxiety, and they took such good care of her and made sure she felt comfortable. You can really tell how much they love animals and their pig ears are cheaper than the butcher on Centerville. Couldn’t recommend this place more!
