Shaggy Chix Pet Spa

Our experience at Town & Country Pet Spa is always fantastic! We have a miniature poodle, named Rusty and a toy poodle, named Hannah. No matter how messy they are when I take them to Brandy, they are always beautiful by the time she is done! She is gentle and kind and both poodles love her. The rates are better than good! We will continue to use Brandy at Town & Country Pet Spa from now on.

Brandy is so knowledgeable on the grooming business. She has been doing grooming for years I would highly recommend her as she is way less expensive than the big box pet stores and she does top knotch work. I sent her two referrals already

Brandy is perfection! I have been bringing my Bichon to her since he was a puppy and she has always done exactly what I requested and is capable of grooming to show standards. I highly recommend her.

Our boy is not the most cooperative to groom. He has resisted everywhere I have taken him over the years. After he was up on the table of the Shaggy Chix mobile grooming van, he was calm and at peace. They do an excellent job! I could not be happier with the service provided. One less worry about where to have my dog groomed - I will call Shaggy Chix for the foreseeable future.

I do NOT recommend this place. I called to make an appointment for my dog and told her my husband would be dropping off in the morning because he works nights and I work days. Our dog got out of the house and went missing for an hour and he missed the appointment. He called to inform that he would not make it and asked if we could reschedule. The lady on the phone was extremely rude to him blaming him for missing the appointment because he "didn't want to wake up from sleeping" and refused to reschedule an appointment for us saying that if she did we would only be given a 10 minute allowance for when they called and when we had to pick her up. I absolutely will NOT be taking my dog here, if they can't treat paying customers right how will I know they will treat my dog right?
