The ladies on the phone and in store were very nice and professional. The place was clean and I felt very comfortable leaving my dogs there to be groomed. I was able to get in right after giving them a call during the weekday. I am very happy with the service I got and will be going there again for my pet needs. And the dogs got good hair cuts for the up coming summer time.

By far the worst groomer ever I will never take my dogs there again. I waited almost 5 hours for my dogs. Didn’t even call me until they almost closed and by the time I got there, I had to wait for an additional hour when I got my dogs, their nails were cut a little bit not much at all and a little bit that cut they cut their skin and they were bleeding. I bring one of my dogs home and it doesn’t even look like their nails were trimmed at all. Ears weren’t cleaned overall A horrible groomer just shut this place down already.. my dog had to be in pain because of your guys’s mistakes it’s not right mind you I paid $120 for all my dogs so to get horrible services for that price is ridiculous

awesome grooming salon! people are very nice and animal loving! very accommodating when it comes to scheduling and prices are great!!! I know sometimes it takes a few hours but it’s very understanding considering some dogs take longer than others. they go at the doggy’s pace not ours! which I love! my sweet Hayzel comes out so happy!

I had a horrible experience at this establishment. If I could describe this place in three words, they would be, negligent, unreliable, and incompetent. I took my dog back to Pet Envy at 4 PM after noticing his haircut was uneven, and I was told to wait for a call back when he was ready. Nobody ever called. We came back, the doors were closed, and I had no idea where my dog was. I stayed there for hours, I called their number, no reply, and had to reach out to the nearby businesses, pet shops, and animal control. It wasn't until 7:40 pm that we got in contact with the owners and had their doors unlocked. Upon entering, we found our dog inside one of the kennels near the main entrance of the building. We were told they "checked" the building for animals before leaving, but they clearly did not, or else they would have noticed my dog right beside the main door. A customer from a restaurant nearby told us this happened to their dog as well. I also heard multiple complaints from the other people that I spoke to. Leaving a customer's pet locked inside after closing is unacceptable. If I hadn't stayed there for hours and contacted numerous people, my dog could have been there alone for more than 12 hours without food or water. I would never recommend this place to anyone who cares about their pet, there is truly nothing to "Envy" here.

My cat has been groomed for over 13 years 4x a year and she never got such a bad grooming like she did here. The front desk are all yelling at each other and did not get my cat groomed correctly. Dogs look great but don't take your cat here.

My dog is always excited to show up for a grooming. The staff is great at addressing his problem areas. I trust them and give them the liberty to do what is needed to make him feel and look his best. Especially when I go to long between trims his fur can get tangled on his tail and ears.

I've been taking my 8 yr. Old Maltipoo Benji to Pet Envy every six weeks for the last 7 years, and I am very pleased and satisfied with the service they provide. I recommend Pet Envy to anyone looking for professional pet grooming service. 2 thumbs up👍🏻👍🏻
