I had left them around 11:00am and they said that they would call me when they were ready for pick up. It had been already almost 2 hours and I called to check if they were ready, they ensured me that they were. As I get there to pick them up, they had not been washed nor even groomed. They had been crying in the cage for almost 2 hours!!! I go back in to tell them and they didn’t offer a refund or a free of charge grooming for both of my dogs. They just told me that they would wash them right there and then. I hand them over again and wait for them to be done. I didn’t want to make a big deal but I knew that I should’ve. I wouldn’t ever come here again, especially for their lack of attention. It does not take 2 hours for a dog to get groomed

I was happy with service for my fur baby until this last visit. My dog was given a "summer cut", which I agreed to because his summer cuts were normal cuts. Never did I imagine the "summer cut" would leave him literally scarred. From reading what a shave should be for dog of his breed, he was nowhere near the length. He should’ve had 1 & 1/2" to 2" of fur and from pictures, clearly that didn’t happen. The worst part is his ears. He has been chewing on his ears from discomfort of how short his hair is. When dropped off, I was told groomer was running really behind and would be about 3 hours, at 2 hours I was called to let me know he was ready. It was almost 5pm so my conclusion is, my dog was a lot of work and it was almost closing time so shave him. My dog will now need to be seen by a ver to repair the damage the groomer did. I honestly regret taking him in and allowing a "summer cut" to be done on him. Never going back again.

I have been taking my fur boy to this location for a while now and have been happy with the service but the last 5 visits have not been good, I have asked that my boys tail get trimmed all the way around and they would never do it, on the 4th visit they still didn’t trim his tail as I asked but also cut his ears crooked, I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt that maybe the groomer was maybe having some bad days but on our visit yesterday to my surprise they cut his tail they way I had been asking but I also asked them not to cut his ears but to just even them out and they botched his ears; I don’t understand and I’m very disappointed. Serenity was the manager but I haven’t seen her in the last 5 visits and I wonder if this has something to do with poor management; unfortunately I won’t be taking my boy back.

First time for our 5 month Maltipoo. She's a very jumpy and nervous kind of pup, and they managed to do a wonderful job with her. The staff was very nice and patient. They are great with animals. I trust this facility with our dogs! Also, loved their cat that wonders around the store, my kids got a kick out of it, so sweet and friendly! Will be coming back regularly.

Super easy and quick to make an appointment! They finished grooming my husky within a few hours. The price was also extremely affordable too. I highly recommend them for grooming and will continue to use Pet Envy in the future!

They gave my dog a terrible haircut; he was trembling when i picked him up. Its been months and he still trembles when i take him to his usual groomer.

You guys do an awesome job! I take my dogs Mia & Lucas in to get groomed/bathed almost every other week. They always come home smelling very clean & fresh. They are also very happy when they come back from getting that fresh hair cut & bathe. Thank you for taking such great care for my doggies! 🙂
