Classy Coats & Tails

I have recently moved to the area and was in need of a new groomer. The reviews for Classy were mostly positive, so I took my border collie to them for a summer haircut. I showed them photos of his prior cuts and explained that it was a shorter cut for the summer. The woman at the desk saw the photos and said she understood. When I picked my border collie up, I discovered he was shaved. As a double coated breed, this can be detrimental to his coat. I did not think I had to explain to them not to shave my dog, as it is well known (or should be, for anyone who knows dogs) that you absolutely should not shave a double coated dog. My groom was a few months ago, and he has barely grown any fur back. I am saddened that his gorgeous, soft fur will never ever be the same as it was before he was shaved. (Honestly I was real nervous to post a poor review, but it has weighed on me ever since I brought him home and would feel bad not to give a 100% honest review). It was a fast appointment (now knowing that they used a shaver on him and not hand cut with scissors) and the price was super reasonable, so I wish they would have just cut him correctly and I would have given them a higher review. *Before and after photos

I take my dog to Rhonda for her nail trimming. My dog is wildly dramatic and loud but each and every time, Rhonda handles her like it ain't no thing and we are in and out in 10 min or less and nails are trimmed to a healthy length!

Rhonda Meyer and her beautiful daughter Darbie are the best groomers in a 5 County radius!!! So very impressed....from Ragamuffin to princess!!! Even after 5 years! ❤️ you ladies

Rhonda is awesome, I rescued back in December a dog which requires regular grooming, she is so friendly, does excellent work at very reasonable prices, my little Henry loves going to see her.

I love her she dose such a grate job on my baby she always looks so good when she is done and she is so nice to she is like the only groomer that I will let groom my dog u highly recommend her for grooming

Best grooming place around, I have been using them for years and they never disappoint. The people there are just wonderful. I couldn’t ask for more loving people to take care of my fur baby.
