Petco Grooming

My dog Camden had an appointment with Shelly. He is normally fussy and kind of a pain, but she was so good with him and he looked FANTASTIC afterward. 10/10 will go again!

Lexi is the absolute best. My dog Lola is not the most pleasant. But Lexi has won her over and she loves to see her.

We love Kelly at the Waterford Petco! She is kind, patient and caring. Our dog is anxious and has become accustomed to her gentle way.

Billie and Kelly are two of my absolute favorite people who work at the grooming salon! They take care of my Baba Ganoush and love him like he was their own. He gets so excited when he sees them! I highly HIGHLY recommend booking an appointment with them for your grooming needs!

I ask each time for his ears to be completely dry prior to pick up as he gets yeast infections fast- once again this was not done. Wet behind the ears. My only other complaint is they never trim his nails enough. I trim at home and do not here him "clicking around" He came home and he is clicking, so i had to trim them myself. Over all he looks great, but I wish they could trim the nails better. My dog is really good with nails. He will sit and give his paw, so It is not difficult to accomplish.

Lexi does such a great job with my golden retriever! She even put little bows on her and she looks so adorable! I do feel it's a little pricey. $140 with tip is just too much IMO for my dog to be groomed. I don't like when you check out they ask you to your face do you want to tip. And then they ask how much and you have to say out loud the amount right to the person who did the service. It's awkward and makes you feel pressured. I usually say 20% and then the girl has to take her personal cell phone out to find out how much that is. I think Petco can find a better set up to pay and tip. I do like that they text you when your dog is ready for pick up.

My pup Messiah and myself absolutely adore Kelly! We always request Kelly, as she is someone who genuinely loves what she does and you can tell. She remembers who you are! Always has a great attitude and will take care of your pup exactly as you’ve requested, always going above and beyond for her clients! Petco please treat Kelly good!!!
