The grooming is fine but holy nuts do they take forever. Like 5+ hours every time and for a dog who absolutely hates being there, I would prefer to not have to leave her there longer than needed. I’m fairly certain the groomer works on multiple dogs at a time so am I paying for grooming or to keep my dog kenneled?

While the groomers do a good job with cuts, the service takes hours longer than it should because they intentionally double book. So while you're paying for your dog's grooming session, you're also paying to have multiple other dogs groomed at the same time while your dog sits in a kennel for hours. The staff has no accountability either – I've received no communication multiple times when my dog's grooming has gone 2+ hours longer than projected. Even after I've called and texted, I have had to drive into the store and no one in the store (groomer or front of house staff) will take accountability or apologize for the lack of communication. Good grooming, but – in my opinion – poor service and business model.

Dropped my dog off and while going to the bathroom I overheard the two front desk ladies talk about my dog poorly and how it’s annoying that I have to talk to the groomer everytime. Why offer talking to the groomer? Simply unprofessional and I will not be coming back.

Brought my Bichon in hoping to not have to cut all his hair and told the groomer I hated how he looked shaved. Groomer was not super friendly. Apparently he was matted in several spots. They shaved my dog head to toe and made him look like a totally different dog. Shaved my dogs tail halfway which you shouldn’t do with a shitzu. I don’t know if it will grow back correctly. Very upset with his first groom and looking back at reviews this seems to be a common theme. When rescue got him he was way more matted and his groom at this same place was nothing like this. Beyond upset! I will not be returning or recommending to others! Side by side pic was of his first groom- very different to this one!

My dog and I love Stylin’ Paws. She always has a fantastic time whenever she goes to either play or get groomed. The staff are all so wonderful and kind. I feel so lucky to have a place like this where I can take my dog.

I don’t know how yall do it but my boy comes home SOFT. He looks so handsome with his haircut - and it’s all thanks to you guys! Gus is hard to handle, super anxious dog. They do an amazing job every time! My dad drops him off and they text us updates. Thanks for taking care of our boy!

I’ve been bringing my dog here for grooming and doggy daycare for five years. Absolutely love this place! The grooming is always exceptional, the staff is friendly, and my fur baby comes home very tired from playtime with other dogs! I highly recommend this place for any of your dog grooming, or playtime needs.
