We couldn’t be happier with the care and attention Jules gives to our little maltipoo, Sunny! From the moment we walk in, it’s clear how much she truly loves what she does. She takes the time to understand exactly what we want and always delivers beyond expectations. Our pup comes home looking absolutely amazing every single time—clean, perfectly groomed, and so happy. Jules is incredibly gentle, patient, and detail-oriented, which gives us total peace of mind knowing our dog is in the best hands. It’s not easy to find someone you trust completely with your pet, but Jules has exceeded that trust in every way. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a top-notch groomer!

Absolutely wonderful first experience! One of the groomers walked me through how the self-service process worked, showing me how to go about everything and was SO kind with my dog. Overall it took about an hour to wash this big guy, and blow dry him! It helped with de shedding him so, so much and I was amazed how much fur came off him. Truly is such a great, affordable experience for pets and owners.

Jules is the best! She’s super friendly, understanding and communicates well, especially for being a new customer! I was nervous to find a new groomer after being at the same place for 10 years and Jules made it so easy and comforting. Thank you!

Today was my first time trying Scrubbers. I was a little nervous because I recently adopted a new dog and wasn’t sure how she would react to being bathed. I love the concept of Scrubbers, it was wonderful being able to bathe her myself but also having the staff there to support. I’m just going to say WOW! Nina did an outstanding job grooming our dog Rocky. Nina is lovely. She obviously takes great pride in her work. Rocky just loves her. If anyone wants to see their pup look ten years younger, go see Nina at scrubbers. In fact, maybe I should go see if she could work her magic on me!!! Thanks Scrubbers for Nina.

Today was me and my furbaby first time and won’t be the last time my furbaby got a small full service groom and he looks great, they give a friendly greeting and keep the place clean. This is after and before pictures the groomer was Nandi she did great.

For over 2 years I have my Maddie groomed monthly at Scrubbers. We have always been treated with utmost respect and courtesy but the true testament is from my Maddie who runs with joy to the door to get in as opposed to her being scared or trying to leave. Also, very reasonably priced and all staff know her by name. Great teamwork and staff camaraderie is due to Nikki and her high standards. Thank you all for going that extra mile❤️
