Michelle is the best.My Shih Tzu's love her. Thor and Sumo are in great hands when they are with Michelle and they come home looking so beautiful.

I had an extremely POSITIVE experience at Petco ! Claire is by far the best groomer . EVER ! Her patience with my Maltipoo is priceless. Also, Claire’s sincere genuine passion shines throughout my dogs groom experience from the moment I drop him off to the time I pick him up w / clear communication 🐾

Claire has been bathing my boxers for years now and we all just love her. She's great with the pups. I highly recommend Claire at West Dundee Petco.

Took my dog Kubby there for a bath for the first time. Immediately knew he was in good hands when Barbara came out to greet us. Took great care from check-in to check-out. A little goodie bag of treats for my lil old man was a plus too. He’ll be back to visit his new friends again! Edit 3/28/26: today Kubby was back to visit his friends and his stylist was Rachel! She was wonderful from start to finish. She took such good care of Kubby and was just a lovely person. Nothing but ego boosting compliments for Kubby! Once again, excellent service from excellent people!

Pet smart didn’t want to give my dog a schnauzer cut because she was too "matted" but Hawke said that although she was a bit matted that she would still give it a try and she did a great job working on Coco

I couldn’t be happier with the amazing job Claire did grooming Rizzo & Homer. Not only did they look absolutely perfect afterward, but Claire was incredibly kind, gentle, and patient with them the whole time. It’s clear she truly love animals and take pride in her work. My pups came home handsome, clean, and smelling great — I’ve definitely found my forever groomer! 🐾💖

Previously, grooming included perfume and a bandana for the dog. Now you have to pay for everything. Besides, the bath didn't even last an hour. I won't be taking him back there again.
