Lola went to the Continental on June 6 and came back a very happy girl. Staff were efficient and very precise with Lola’s haircut! I, Lola’s Mom is very appreciative for the time and care you gave Lola AND she was so soft and smelled fantastic. I highly recommend The Continental and will be back again

We boarded our dogs Maggie and Nora this past April for a week while we were out of the country. We have used the Continental Shoppe for years but this was our first time utilizing the boarding. It was amazing! The staff was professional, responsive, and extremely understanding when it came to updates and nervousness. They worked with both of our dogs to provide the best individual experience. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a safe and stimulating environment for their dogs. The staff and owner accommodated us at every turn and never made us feel as if we were a bother. They went above and beyond to make us feel at ease being away from our dogs while traveling. I cannot say enough good things about our experience! And both dogs came back happy and exhausted from their week of play!

We used to use Juan when he was in East Boston. We were so excited when he moved to the west Roxbury location. He’s the best and the girls always look amazing

We've taken our dogs to the Continental for grooming all their lives (over the past 15 years). They're always well taken care of and come out looking great! Brian, Whitney, and Jordan all are incredibly kind and accommodating, and they've been so good about making sure our anxious Lily feels safe and comfortable there after the loss of our other dog, Chewie. They're on top of making sure we know what's going on with our beloved pets and it's greatly appreciated. We highly recommend The Continental!

My dog and I had an excellent experience at the Continental Shoppe! They did a great job dog grooming and my dog was happy to be there! They go above and beyond with care and are very flexible with pick up time to fit my schedule. Will definitely be coming back!

I bring my dog here once a month and they always do a great job exactly how I want and they are very friendly. Yes my dog also doesn’t like going there and other places he has been reluctant to enter for the next visit.
