Jessica was wonderful with our scaredy cat GSD (passed away this past July). We’ve been to other places that had left him partially wet and shedding. She takes care to groom completely and he always came back smelling and looking great. Her communication is also awesome! Overall a very easy process with Just Paws. We will continue bringing our new pup to her to get great service as well.

Jessica is great! I have 2 small dogs who enjoy the outdoors. Being outside and low to the ground I bring them into Jessica every month for baths and occasional hair cuts. They love going to see Jessica for their "spa"day🐾 Also great location and easy parking

Jessica is hands down the best groomer I've ever worked with. She takes the time to do a great job, and keeps the dogs as calm as possible in a stressful situation. My pup still smells lovely two weeks later, and her fur is so soft! We won't go anywhere else for the full puppy spa treatment. Thank you for being such a great caretaker of our pup!

Jessica is a wonder groomer and person! they always do there best to get me in asap and are wonderful with my shih tzu, he loves when he sees Jessica to treat himself and gets his hair did.

Took my dog here to get washed/bathed, trimmed, and exsized and the Gal working there went above and beyond. I gave them a smelly middle aged pooch and she gave me back a fluffy, soft, and clean doggo. I know firsthand how stubborn he is so for me to be able to hand this one off to a professional for modest fee, it was well worth it. I'll definitely go back... It's worth noting that the staff was informative and worked with me despite my ignorance as to how the inner workings of puppy spa culture.

Jessica is super friendly, funny and easy to talk to. We forgot a leash coming to pick our dog up and Jessica loaned us one. We’ve never had an issue most of the negative reviews are about styling disagreements I didn’t realize you as the owner were professional dog groomers yourselves.

I brought my puppy in for his first groom the other day. I spoke with the groomer beforehand about grooming my puppy to ensure that I found a groomer that would be patient with my pup and take the time needed to get the groom done. She assured me not to worry. When I arrived to the salon she explained that the groom might not be perfect since it is his first time. Which I understand. I got a call two hours into his appointment asking me to come and help hold my pup because he was too squirmy. Which I did. She took a few minutes shaving him randomly here and there, including the top of his head. (I asked for a teddy bear face. ) I asked if we could fix a spot around his neck which was significantly longer and she became very frustrated and held my pup down very angrily. I told her I just didn't want my puppy looking crazy. She told me to try and cut him at home. Ummm, No. This is why people bring them to the groomers. I try exposing my pup to scissors and nail clippers at home to prepare him. He needs a groomer that has patience and is willing to work with him and give him breaks to decompress. I ended up being charged for a full groom ( which included nail trim and ear cleaning. Neither were done). I will never be back. I will never recommend her to anyone. Worst experience I have ever had with a groomer.
