Pet Fresh Dog Wash

False advertisement!!! They charged my card $20 for the 15 minutes. And the rinse function does not work. I tried to call the number listed but the associate that answered was clueless, didn't offer any help other than to take a message.

Rocco and Tony love Bre for grooming. Rocco is a sweet dog but he's touchy and can be angry about it. Bre manages to groom him without traumatizing him. We hope he doesn't traumatize her... They upped the price of the dog wash without re-labeling it. Still cheaper than other dog wash places, but thought I’d let you know it is now $20 for 15 minutes.

Washed two dogs for 17$ ! And didn’t kill my back. I choose to bring in my own soap, so not sure how there’s is. It’s like a car wash- you choose what you want. I used the rinse function with warm water and also the blow dry.

Their machine charged me 2x $20 to watch my puppy. So I was charged $40 when the price is $17. No number to call. Sent them a message with no reply. Will see if they reply to this review. Fix your mistake and I will change 5 stars Issue resolved. Thank you 😊

Very practical for those of us who do not have the right place to bathe our dog, we need a high table to be able to dry small dogs. I brought my own towel I loved the shampoo and I think it's handy for winter.

This was unexpectedly great! Twenty minutes was plenty of time to get my newfie clean because the shampoo mixture and applicator was so efficient. The blow dryer got a bit too hot for him, but otherwise the process was easy.
