K9 Design Pet Salon & Mobile Grooming

Joy B. did an amazing job with my boys! They hadn’t been professionally groomed in almost a year, so they definitely needed some extra TLC. She kept me informed throughout the entire process on what was needed to get them back to looking and feeling top notch. They came home looking and smelling incredible, and you could tell how much care she put into her work. The adorable matching bandanas were the perfect finishing touch! I’m so grateful for the wonderful job she did and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and talented groomer!

It was my first time with mobile grooming, and it was recommended I not do it again. Here’s why. I figured a mobile groomer would be better for my old, tired 105-pound Akita since he wouldn’t be transported and have to wait however long in a crate. My dog has trouble walking and standing for even short periods of time. The groomer was on time, and it took us both to get my dog in the vehicle. He’s big, and the space is small. Part-way through, my dog lost the ability to stand. The groomer did her best and even de-shedded him. When she opened the door, fur billowed out of her vehicle like smoke from a burning home. We had to use a harness to get my dog back in the house. She said that from now on, I can bring him to their business, and they can make sure he doesn’t wait in a crate. That and there will be help on hand if they need it. I’m looking forward to it. I was apologetic, and the groomer was accommodating and understanding. After a couple hours of sleep, my boy is back to what’s normal for him.

Our furbies love K9 Design Mobile Grooming! They don’t leave the driveway and can even see us through the van’s front window. Crystal gets them looking like show dogs!

Very unhappy with their services. I have an Australian Terrier and they aren't to be cut close around the mane area. I've used this groomer for many years and had a specific groomer that did my dog. Today they wanted me to tell them how to groom my dog, I said there should be pictures on file and to groom him how an Australian Terrier should be groomed. They specialize in grooming right? So they should know, right? My dog wasn't groomed like he should be and the staff was argumentative, so they went to get the owner. She was worse! What a horrible business woman, she argued about his mane being cut when clearly there were blunt edges from scissor cutting. No offer to make it right, no empathy for how unhappy I was with the groom, and no apology when I said I didn't appreciate being argued with after being a client for several years. She actually clapped back that it had been a year since we had been in. Ma'am, you have no idea why it's been a year, there may have been some personal reasons behind that, like our dog has been struggling with severe diabetes and going blind. What horrible customer service and tact.

Couldn’t be more pleased!!! We brought our 2 Cavaliers in and this place was perfection. Polite, very caring & attentive to all details. They kept us updated and sent a whole report of how it went. Even listened to our request for fragrance-free products to be used. Our pups were happy and look amazing!!! We will absolutely be sticking with them. 10/10 recommend!

I have taken my standard doodle here for several years, and they have a beautiful groom every single time without fail. They truly care about the dogs. They inform me if they noticed anything on his coat or paws that should have my attention which I appreciate so much. They are fast to text with scheduling appointments and conveniently located. They also give me a heads up for when to pick up my dog 30 minutes in advance. We have used several grooming services in town, this is by far the best we have used. I also love his little report card at the end!

We have had K9 Design take care of our long haired standard dachshund for years, maybe more than five years now. K9 Design does a fantastic job from scheduling and billing, to their timeliness and communication via text in addition to the great job they do with grooming my dog. She comes out smelling so good, with trimmed nails, and a shiny coat. They've even helped when my dog was unfortunately sprayed by a skunk! K9 Design has always done a great job and I look forward to continuing doing business with them for as long as our dog requires a groom.
