Pups in a Tub

We love pups in a tub. Our older dog has been groomed there for about 9 years now and our new puppy just had his first appt today. I didn't even have to explain what I wanted, I just let Patty do whatever she thinks is best and she never lets us down! Highly recommend!!

Just brought my 6 month old puppy in for the first time. She does not like getting her nails clipped. Patty took me in immediately and handled my puppy so well. She even helped calm me down which was even more appreciated. We will definitely be back!

I was very upset with the service I received today at Pups in a Tub. I feel that the owner Patty behaved very unprofessionally, and disrespectfully, and I will no longer be a customer here. I would like to take the opportunity to remind her, that every customer is important to her business, and that she should never get so comfortable that she forgets that.On the outside of her business the words "professional service" are displayed, after her behavior today, I feel that these words should be removed, because the service I received today was not professional by any means.

I have been bring my King Charles mix with Cocker Spaniel to Pups in the Tub for years. My husband asks every time not to shave ears. I am told his ears are knotted and she had to. After the last time she shaved them I bought high end detangler and 2 different types of combs and brush his ears every night. My husband brought him today and she shaved his ears. I don’t understand why she has to rush and shave everything. If a customer asked not to shave them you don’t shave them. Looking for new groomer.

We had a great first experience with Pups in a Tub. We have a very energetic 6month old golden retriever. They were wonderful with him! He is well groomed and smells great. We will continue to go to them on a regular basis. We highly recommend Pups in a Tub.

We love Patti!!! She does such a great job with my dogs and is so patient with them. One of my Pugs is horrible with his nails being cut. She is the best, and I am so glad she is so close to me!

Patty was so good with my furgirl...she noticed she was nervous and took her time with her. After recently switching groomers my pup will for sure be back again! Thank you for making Dutchess look like the sweet princess she is!
