Pet Evolution - Woodbury, MN - Grooming | Self-Wash | Healthy Food | Mobile Nail Trim

I came all the way from Stillwater with "Richard" aka "Rick James" (my 13 lb 1/2 white and 1/2 tiger tabby) because his toenails/claws needed clipping very badly. This was the ONLY place that has Vets on-site and ready to help TODAY. (and EVERY DAY!) I walked in with him and they came right out and took him away for about 4 minutes or less and when they brought him out, his claws were perfectly clipped, and he was ready to go! I was amazed. It was only around $23...I was very impressed and I was able to leave a tip of my choice. Sidenote: Every other place I called, even Petco, would not just take him for a clipping, they required an intake appointment and evaluation prior to being able to even schedule an appointment for a clipping....And Pet Evolution was the only place that told me to bring him on in right away, Veterinarians are on-site every weekday until 6:30 PM!!! That's good Customer Service, if ya ask me. and ya did, so here we are.....Overall, WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. Much thanks.

They were amazing and fast, well worth bringing my cats here for their nail trimming! Friendly, knowledgeable, clean environment. Can't say enough good about them!

We have been VIP members here for over a year paying $30 per month. Bought all our dog food and treats here. Went in today for self serve baths & nail trims. The groomer let our yellow lab off the leash and he is the friendliest dog ever. Some other off breed black dog growled at ours and the worker Kira put a leash on our dog and literally man handled him and pulled him hard on a leash unnecessarily . We gave our dogs baths after that and the water was ice cold and they were literally shaking. I expressed my concerns to "Ryan" the owner and he said sorry as he smirked with another customer as we left. We were a great customer and felt so bad for our pup leaving.

I am a long time customer who recently broke down and joined the VIP program. I have never had a problem with the self-wash until today. They had no hot water and unfortunately I was already started so my poor dog had to suffer through a lightning fast cold plunge just to get the shampoo out. Very disappointed to see them not be able to handle being busy. Does anyone know of a good self dog wash in Woodbury besides Pet Evolution. 🥶🐶. UPDATE! I always believe in companies that show they can recover quickly and be accountable and the Manager at Pet Evolution checks both of those boxes. She called back within 6 hours of me posting this to apologize and explain what had happened and what they are doing going forward to correct the lack of hot water. She won my loyalty for life whether my dog likes it or not he is going to get a bath every two weeks religiously now! 🐶❤️

I would give it zero stars. As a person of color, the staff did not acknowledge our presence walking into the store. When we did walk in nail trim, they seemed bothered that we asked them for services they advertise! We were members and also did our free monthly dog wash. The tub we were directed to use by the employee was gross and filled with the previous dog's hair and definitely was not cleaned in between customers. Would not recommend as they were not friendly and welcoming, seemed racist to me. Happy to say, I discontinued my membership with them and will go elsewhere.

Hi, everyone they are absolutely amazing people. Finn got his nails clipped and grind. Great job, great price. I did the self serve dog wash which was great and great price as well except I felt the dog shampoo was to water downed and didn’t get him clean enough or soft. No conditioner was available and the dryer was very powerful but not very warm so took over an hour to dry him but he does have a lot of hair. I will be taking him back, though as my opinion is mine and not putting this place down what so ever. I was very happy with this wonderful place.

Very happy with the service for my pup! Discussed the cut with the groomers before hand and got exactly what I asked for. Efficient in time as well, right where they estimated. Will bring my dog back for his grooms!
