We bring our Newfoundland to Courtney and she is amazing. She always does a great job and our boy comes out looking handsome and happy every time. I know how much time and patience it can take to even bath a giant breed, let alone a full grooming appointment. Thank you Courtney!

Very disappointed my poodle was shaved very short she was not matted and I wanted her coat to stay longer He ears were cleaned by plucking hair., which i asked for. Something went wrong and the groomer said my dog was in pain and shaking her head and ears and that may cause them to gush blood. I was very upset and they were saying maybe I should take her to a vet like right away. It was after 6:00 on Saturday night. She had been there 4 and a half hours, She did calm down after we got home. The top of her head looks like Frankinstein or Groot from guardians of the galaxy,.it goes straight up on the sides and has a flat jagged top. They did give me a discount. And I asked to bring her back to have her top knot done.
We took our Cavalier King Charles in for grooming. They have a special cut and a really thick undercoat. Groomer did excellent job!
Jane did an AMAZING job grooming my very hairy retriever. He looks so pretty! I highly recommend her.

The first 2 times I went there I had Courtney as my groomer, she was amazing with my poodle. The 3rd time I went Courtney was sick which is understandable, because it was short notice they reschedule me the following week and gave me a 50% discount. The lady who reschudle me stated that she will do my puppy. Drop my baby off at 9AM, the groomer called around 12:40PM and said that she will be done in 20 minutes so we can be on our way to pick him up. We left the house at 1:10PM and when we got there the groomer still wasn't finish with him. It NEVER took that long for our puppy to be groomed. I paid and still tipped, but I am rethinking about taking my baby back there, I don't know what she used on him but he was itchy and irritated.
