Pinkyblue pet grooming salon

I had a booked appointment at 10:00 AM. I arrived at 9:55 AM, but the business was closed. I waited, assuming it would open at my scheduled time. After some time passed, I called and she answered as if she did not have any appointment scheduled. She then said she would be there shortly because she had to "shovel." I waited. About 45 minutes later, she called me saying she was on the highway and almost there. I waited an additional 15 minutes, and she still never showed up. At that point, I left. I never even received a follow-up call or an apology for wasting my time. This is a business where appointments are booked, and clients’ time should be respected. Unfortunately, this behavior shows a complete lack of professionalism. To make matters worse, this is not the first time this has happened. The same situation occurred with my sister, who also had a scheduled appointment and was told upon arrival that no appointment existed.

Pinky Blue is a really great dog grooming business. I have had nothing but good experiences since I started taking my Dog Luna to Elsa. She is very good at what she does. She also shows love and is empathetic towards your pet. My dog Luna comes out just the way she went in Happy not nervous or anxious as she has with other groomers. This is one of the reasons I keep going to PinkyBlues… plus my Luna always comes out looking her best 😍

Elsa is the best groomer ever! I try to take my dog every 3 months and sometimes take a little longer and Elsa is always available to groom him. She does a wonderful job and he looks so beautiful every time she grooms him. I will never switch to another groomer!

Brought my Golden Retriever here, and we were super happy with the results. All the knots were removed. My dog left here looking handsome.

I have a little dog that is terrified of grooming. Elsa gave me advice, and eased my dog into the process over two visits. We're still working on getting my dog used to grooming, but we've made great progress. Elsa is knowledgeable about the business, patient and kind.

This young woman is amazing with all the pets that she handles, my dogs were very difficult, and she was able to get them to calm down and get their hair done! I highly recommend her to anyone I moved away from her, and I still come down 45 minutes to an hour just for her to do my dogs. She is wonderful.🙏🏾

I absolutely love Elsa! She's amazing. We've taken our standard poodle to other groomers and she does the best job. She's kind, patient and down to earth. I adore her and her staff! We will never take our Bolt anywhere else to be groomed!!! I highly recommend her services!!
