They are late to my appointment, refused to service my dog, and was asking questions that crossed the lines blatantly. Also charged for extra add ons I never booked for. Travel further for a better service.
Waited a week for a service, they lost the dogs records, found them less than an hour later and they told me I had to wait another week… it really felt like they were trying to find any excuse not to do the 4 hour long cut just because they didn’t feel like it that day.
