Dogtopia of Birmingham

My pup has been having a blast at Dogtopia in Birmingham!! We really wanted to get her involved with socializing with other dogs and for ther boarding services! We have had such a great experience with them! They have fun events weekly and can even send your pup a treat during the day! My pup comes home so tired from all the play time with her friends!!

I take my dog to Dogtopia once a week for daycare and it’s been a great experience. The staff are super friendly and really seem to care—they even know the dogs by name, which I love. My dog always comes home happy and tired, and I feel good knowing he’s in a clean, safe place with people who actually pay attention to him. Definitely recommend!

Our dog starts whining with excitement as soon as we are down the street from Dogtopia! She loves playing and we love knowing that she’s having the best day whenever she is there! The staff is great - caring, friendly, and happy! 💕

Great experiences here. The staff are so professional and helpful. They knew my dog on only the second visit and brought her out to me without me even saying who I was there for. I love watching the live cams and my dog always is happy and tired but not overstimulated after a day of daycare. Easy automatic payments too.

Dogtopia is the best! They take such great care of my dogs when they are there. They get so excited to go!!!

I am beyond disappointed with the way Kara treated my dog. I have trusted this place for a long time, and my dog has never had any issues, until Kara started working there. From the moment I interacted with her, she came across as incredibly rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in basic customer service. More importantly, her behavior toward my dog was unacceptable. As a pet owner, you can tell when your animal is uncomfortable, and that’s exactly what happened here. It’s upsetting and honestly infuriating to feel like your pet isn’t being treated with the care, patience, and kindness they deserve. I don’t know what changed when Kara joined the team, but the difference is noticeable and not in a good way. I would strongly urge management to address this, because this kind of treatment is not okay. Until then, I will seriously reconsider bringing my dog back here.

They take such great care of my boy, Zeus. My family travels frequently, and I always know that Zeus will be well loved and cared while we are away when he's at Dogtopia.
