Courtney, the owner, is one of the most genuine, welcoming, and caring people I’ve met. She immediately made both Peppa and me feel at home. Peppa absolutely loved his stay — especially playing with Fitz! Seeing him so relaxed and happy in a new environment was such a relief. Courtney sent regular, consistent updates throughout Peppa’s stay, which meant the world to me. Her communication, combined with the luxurious, spotless environment, made the entire experience feel exclusive and truly top-tier. The pet taxi service was also incredibly convenient — I really appreciated that Courtney was able to drop Peppa off. It made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Fitz and Friends is more than just pet care — it’s luxury, comfort, and peace of mind all in one place. I don’t think I could say this enough - from the start, Courtney made us feel like family. I was super anxious knowing that I needed to find pet care for my pup. I found and booked Courtney and Fitz at the last minute. Yet, we were still welcomed with warm, open arms. My pup was given direct, focused attention during her stay with Courtney providing me with pictures, videos, and explanations of my pup’s behaviors throughout the stay; all of which made me feel so at ease.
