PetSuites Charlotte Airport

I leave Bella Cunliffe, my beagle hound mix, here three to six times a year from 5 days to 3 weeks. The place is meticulously clean, the staff super attentive and detailed with her needs and meds. She loves her playtime each day and actually loves coming to stay here which helps my guilt feelings a lot. They keep me informed of how she is doing through their portal. Wonderful place and highly recommended.

A very welcoming experience!! We had two promotional offers for boarding and grooming, which allowed us to try 2 services for a reasonable price and really gauge how our animal enjoyed this company. Dog came back unharmed, clean, well groomed, happy, and healthy which is great! We will definitely use these services again. We didn’t get our pawgress report for the stay and could not access the webcams so 1 star removed for that as it’s listed/highlighted in the boarding package.

We’ve had consistently wonderful experiences boarding our aging cat here. At over 20 years old, he struggled with stairs in the kitty condo and sometimes had trouble grooming himself. The staff was always incredibly caring and attentive, going above and beyond to accommodate his needs. On one stay, they even called to let us know he had some matted fur due to his difficulty grooming, and they recommended a custom cut to help. The haircut made him noticeably more comfortable right away. When our sweet old man passed away this past month, I called to cancel an upcoming reservation. The staff was compassionate and kind, and to our surprise, we received a condolence card in the mail with heartfelt handwritten messages from the entire team AND several photos of our Mushu from his time there. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really showed how much they care about the animals they look after. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a loving, attentive place to board their pet.

I’ve been boarding my dog here for almost a year after boarding her at the Petsuites in Prosperity Ridge, and it unfortunately is completely different. The staff here does not care about the cleanliness of the dogs that stay here. This is now the fourth stay that my dog has come back with a soaked blanket and toys with urine after one of the previous times they tried sending my dog home covered in her own urine and feces. After picking my dog up this time and telling the staff that this was not okay, I asked them to wash these items since it’s unsanitary, while also mentioning that a note had already been added from last time to check that my dog wasn’t in her kennel with soaked through items for days at a time, all they said was "what do you want me to do with this?". I will not be taking my dog back here and I recommend staying away from this specific location of Petsuites. This place is too expensive for the staff to not care about the health and safety of your dog.

Facility: Smell very refreshing - the lobby does and it's so welcoming! Spacious building & very Clean Staff: Very professional & friendly I like that they se d pics of your pets to you. They confirm the services before you leave Pets get the attention they need They're very organized with your pets belongings! I like the services and the products they offer!!

I had an excellent experience. Every staff member that I either spoke to on the phone or when I dropped off Fern were so upbeat and positive. They were great caregivers. Fern had a bath with all the perks before I picked her up yesterday. I really felt that she was well cared for in their facility. Thanks again, BH

Absolutely loved this place! I needed a place to take my girl Chloe that wouldn’t be a shelter like environment. The staff was amazing and she loved her time here. I added on the group play and the pawgress reports and it was worth it. She made new friends, played the whole time, and I had peace of mind knowing she was having a blast. She’s been home for two days and still recovering. I’ll definitely use this facility again!
