I cannot say enough wonderful things about Laurel Oak. My baby Butler has always been a bit misunderstood—he’s anxious, sometimes reactive, and often judged before people take the time to get to know him. But underneath all of that, he’s incredibly sweet, loyal, and loving once he feels safe. The staff at Laurel oak saw that in him and work so well with him. They have treated him with such patience, kindness, and genuine care. They don’t just manage his quirks—they truly understand him and make him feel comfortable, accepted, and loved. He has built so much trust here that he won’t go anywhere else for daycare or extended boarding. The way he runs to the door with excitement says everything I need to know about how happy he is to be there. Finding a place where I can leave him without worry has been life-changing. I’m so grateful to the entire team for creating a safe space where my boy can be himself and thrive. Thank you for loving him as much as I do!

Been taking my dogs to Lauren oak for 4+ years and they are always so wonderful. Our dogs are bonded and have some anxiety, which can make things complicated with proper care. The staff at Laurel Oak are true professionals and ensure they have all the special attention they need to be comfortable. We never worry about them when they’re here because of the sheer attention to detail and above-and-beyond nature of service at this facility! They have been accommodating to our requests and so easy to get in touch with! Forever grateful for the owner and staff setting a shining example of animal care. Highly recommend Laurel Oak to those who need daycare, boarding, or grooming.

I have been bringing my puppies here for years. One of the few places that hires people that care about animals and care about the animals experience when they're away from home. I drive almost an hour from my house so my puppies can board with the great team at Laurel Oak. Something key to the experience is the amount of playtime your puppies get. This isn't the facility that charges you for taking them on walks it gets them out every hour or two into group play sessions. If your puppy's not good with group play people will go out with your puppy in the yards and play with him or her. Highly recommend the team!

Will never use this facility again! The first time my dogs went there one came back with a confirned case of "Kennel Cough"* - when I informed Laurel Oak about it . . . they did - nothing - they never called back to see how my dog was doing! Not good! *As I explained to Laurel Oak - my dogs had never been "Kenneled" before, have their own fenced in back yard, and the don't go to dog parks. I also mentioned that they had no symptoms of anything before taking them in. I now use a dog sitter. (They were extreemly unprofessional and I doubt they followed any protocol to inform the other dog owners what happened.) Thank goodness I have an awesome Vet who took care of my dog!

This place is great & the dogs are very happy when staying here. The staff truly love your pet. Whether in doggie day care or being boarded you can rest assured they are being loved and taken good care of.

We love taking our boys to Laurel Oak and they love going there! The facility is super clean, there is a ton of outside space, and the staff is full of super friendly dog-lovers! We were always hesitant to take our pups somewhere to stay the night or play for the day but we have 100% confidence they will be well taken care of with tons of supervision. We have been taking our guys here for a while now - everything from week long stays to day care visits - and they come back every time clean, happy and completely exhausted. Recently started using their groomer as well and she has done a great job! Even came home today with awesome bow ties!!

We have been boarding our dogs there for nearly 9 years now. We have always had a wonderful experience. This last boarding our dog, Luna, was extremely stressed and had some health concerns, being out of town we were extremely worried however Anna, and the other team were absolutely fantastic! Anna updated me with her symptoms and even went to the vet clinic to get her medicine and kept me informed the entire time. She truly went above and beyond and we are so grateful for her and the entire team at Laurel Oak! Highly recommend sending your fur babies there.
