I went to get my dog groomed and they got him done quickly and very thoroughly and she asked questions via text based on what kind of groom I want you to have for him. She they also sent photos when they were finished asking me if it was the right length of hair that I was looking for, and that was greatly appreciated! So 10 out of 10 I would try this again😄

This place makes me relax when I know my dog is in their care. Each person working here shows so much love and effort towards every dog and every dog parent. They never shy away from helping dog parents with the many questions we can have. I love all the things they provide for the pups during the day. Such a sweet crew ran by great Management.

I am so impressed with the care Skyla received! After a full facility tour, I felt completely confident leaving her. The grooming was top-notch, but the personalized updates really set them apart. I loved receiving her "Pawgress Report," detailed feeding/potty updates, and adorable photos of her one-on-one playtime with the staff. It’s clear they truly loved on her with plenty of rubs and treats! We will definitely be back soon for more stays and some doggy play dates. Highly recommend!

The BEST place ever to bring our fur babies!! It’s in a perfect location for those in the Hoover area. Early drop off - perfect for those with busy schedules. The staff is so nice and welcoming and know our puppies by name! LOVE THIS PLACE!! And your fur babies will love it too!!

This was the first time we have ever boarded one of our dogs in the 40+ years of always having dogs. However, we saw Pet Suites and decided to board our Yorkie, who is 10 months old. My wife and I went by the Hoover, AL location and Jaime provided us with a convincing tour. We decided to move forward with boarding our dog. You had several choices to choose from, and we decided to rent one of the suites for our dog, as there are cameras in the suites and we were able to pull up anytime on our phone and observe how or what he was doing, if he was in the suite. In addition, you can see your pet when they are in their respective play areas, as there are cameras in those areas as well. Peace of mind! We had a great experience and will be boarding our dog again there in a couple of months. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the care and love our precious dog received while he was there. We have been going to Pet Suites for a year now and our dog Molly loves it!! She started in the puppy preschool which was a great way to get her socialized. Then she did independent day boarding which she loved because she had all of the amazing staff’s attention. Now she does group play and she loves getting to play with the other dogs and staff. We have also boarded her there when we go out of town. The staff is always so excited to see her and we know she is treated amazing when she is there! All of the staff is truly amazing and really cares about all the dogs and cats there. We highly recommend Pet Suites Hoover!

What happened to this place? We used to board our pups here and were always pleased. We would get "Pawgress reports" detailing their stay and some great photos showing them playing and being loved on by staff. Lately we just get a couple of our dogs looking sad in some wet, dark small room and the report seems generic like it’s mass produced. I recently learned that their $17 (each!) "individual playtimes" is just someone putting them where they go potty and leaving them alone. The staff apparently just take some photos and that’s the extent of their interaction. (Very reliable source)I was definitely mislead. I also got back medication that tells me that on at least one occasion my dogs weren’t medicated properly. My dogs came home smelly and feet stained with urine. I did not request a bath before pickup but definitely should have. We had to bath them as soon as we got home. I know others who use them for daycare and are satisfied but other friends say they have also chosen to go elsewhere for boarding.
