My dog Bowie loves Oak Ridge! He gets so excited when we pull up and runs right to the door. The staff are amazing. Super kind, great with communication, and they clearly love him. They’ve helped me out last minute, sent me updates and photos, and just take such good care of him. He always comes home happy and tired from all the playtime. Couldn’t ask for a better place!
My dog and I love this place. The staff is very welcoming. I love the one on one time that Rocket had. He's a little grumpy , old man , but they made him feel so happy and loved. If you are looking for a place that will not only care for your dog but show them attention and love, this is the place. I also love the location, away from the loud city noises. And I received a text message halfway through the week, letting me know how he was doing. That was the best!!!
I can’t say enough great things about this dog boarding facility! The staff is incredibly friendly and always greets my pup Angus with so much excitement—it’s clear they genuinely love what they do. One of my favorite parts is the variety of treats they offer; my dog is always thrilled and spoiled when he’s there. I also really appreciate the text message updates. They give me so much peace of mind when I’m away, knowing he’s happy and well taken care of. It’s such a comfort to know he’s in good hands every time I drop him off. Highly recommend!
Our lab loves coming here for boarding. It’s a wonderfully safe and secure facility surrounded by woods and nature. He gets to play (supervised) with other compatible dogs which he absolutely loves. Communication is top tier and the staff are so personable. The best part of picking him up is that he comes home happy, tired and freshly groomed.
