Dogtopia of Omaha-West

I had an excellent experience with Dogtopia of Omaha West and couldn’t be more impressed with the level of care and professionalism from their team. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel confident that my puppy was in great hands. They did a fantastic job with grooming, and it was clear they paid close attention to every detail. My puppy came back looking great, clean, and happy. What really stood out was the genuine care they showed—not just as a service, but as people who truly love and understand dogs. A special thank you to Amanda, who was assigned to take care of my puppy. She was incredibly professional, attentive, and kind throughout the entire process. It gave me real peace of mind knowing someone so dedicated was looking after my pet. I highly recommend Dogtopia of Omaha West to anyone looking for trustworthy, high-quality care for their dogs. I will definitely continue using their services.

Picked up my sister’s dog for her because she saw on the cameras the dogs were kenneled or put in a super small play pin all day during doggy day care. She was absolutely filthy and wet with urine when I got her. I had to give her a bath as soon as we got home because she smelled so bad. The facility smelled like urine when I walked in. I don’t know what kind of doggy day care they are advertising but there were 0 toys or obstacles for the dogs to play with. Don’t recommend this place at all. Go somewhere they will actually love on your dogs and treat them right. If I could give this a 0 I would.

I had an amazing experience at Dogtopia! Josie was incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable leaving my dog in their care. I loved being able to check in on him with the live webcams and could see how much fun he was having playing with the other dogs. He came home happy, tired, and well cared for. We'll definitely be back !

This place is amazing!!! Libby does an amazing job with my Yorkie! I tried another Dogtopia and they were awful. They understand that Yorkies, as small as they are, can be a handful. I highly recommend them.

The best part about this Dogtopia is how much the staff cares about your pet! We used daycare for quite a while then had to stop but still use Dogtopia for grooming and boarding. Even after a month of not seeing our dog, the staff immediately recognized him and were so happy to have him back! It’s great knowing that the staff knows these pups by name rather than just as another dog! Our dog also always comes back looking so good and happy after his grooming!

My two dogs love going to Dogtopia while I’m busy working! It keeps my pups healthy, engaged, and happy. The staff enjoys working with dogs of all kinds. Dogtopia also has grooming, boarding, and has great contacts for training and pet transportation. No one in the Omaha metro can compare!

Took my Aussie in for grooming and nail treatment, and was very happy with the results! Not only did my dog look great, they also cleaned the dog hair out of his harness and leash. The groomer and the greeter were very friendly and attentive. I will say, the odor of the place was a little overwhelming. I think it came from the kennel. I would recommend doing a better job at cleaning and deodorizing the kennel.
