I’ve been taking my French Poodle (Muffin) here since she was a puppy and they always treat her the best. Felicia grooms her and she knows Muffin’s attitude, what she likes and what she doesn’t like. She is amazing at what she does. Muffin is always looking clean and with a great haircut. Side Note: everyone at the resort knows Muffin well and accommodates her based on Muffin needs. We are extremely happy! (You can tell by the pictures, muffin always has a smile after her haircut)

Groomer’s are great!! I’m not sure of the gal’s name that groomed our pup Riggs but she did such an amazing job! My husband and I both agreed this was his best haircut/bath all over grooming appointment since we moved here (we loved his arizona groomer) Riggs smells SO good, he’s so so soft after the de-shedding. He’s played out in the snow multiple times now and still smells nice and soft! He’s a bigger golden and is hard to dry (which she found out lol) and even after playing in the snow it was quick and easy dry time for him which was a game changer. Could not recommend enough, especially for a golden retriever!

The staff are very attentive and ready to help with whatever needs your dog might have. My dog loves taking a dip in the pool and attempting to retrieve a ball 😜! There is an adorable dog treat bakery which I like to get her a treat after boarding. They clean up right away when the dogs go to the bathroom which is not the case at other doggy daycares in Omaha.

We have had a great experience with Paw Spa Pet Resort for our 15-year-old wheaten terrier.  We have taken her here many times and we believe she has received great care.  They even called concerned that she wasn't eating enough food and drinking enough on her stays due to her anxiety and were asking how they could help make sure that she stayed well fed and hydrated.  I highly recommend Paw Spa.

So a year or two ago I boarded my two dogs with this place for family vacations. Both times I got them back they were covered in urine. I spoke to the owner and she blamed it on my dogs and said they kept peeing in their kennels constantly. I have boarded my dogs several times since then with another company. Every single time no issue with them peeing in their kennels. I will never board a dog of mine here again and I would strongly suggest you do the same. Also the owner made a joke about knowing my address when I left my first review. She made it obvious that it was a joke but still a strange way to approach customer service.

We absolutely love the Paw Spa! We’ve used them for both daycare and boarding, and we completely trust the staff with our dog’s care. We have been loyal customers for over 4 years. Our dog is always excited to walk through the door, tail wagging, which says everything about how much she enjoys being here. The team is warm, attentive, and clearly loves the dogs they care for. The owner is always welcoming and interactive. It gives us such peace of mind knowing she’s safe, happy, and well looked after, whether it’s for the day or an overnight stay. Highly recommend!

I appreciated the free initial daycare for my two dogs as it gave me comfort knowing the staff has my dogs’ best interests. The valuations from my German Shepherd were accurate yet questionable. They said he humped other dogs but mentioned the dogs weren’t fixed therefore this was not a surprise to me that this was his behavior. When I picked them up after my trip, my dogs seems very exhausted like they had an amazing time but what I did not appreciate was they didn’t place my items in the bag that was dropped off but it was placed in their company bag. This wasn’t too big of a deal until I got home; I did not receive my two feeding stands back and the blankets that I left with my dogs came home with vomit and dog pee on them. I understand that mistakes happen but I did not feel the staff took care of my belongings nor took the time to make sure I had everything that I dropped off.
