The Grand Feline Hotel & Salon

I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences with this cat hotel and their team. I used a different place in the past, and my cats would come home sick every single time. Since switching here, I haven’t had a single issue. The staff is genuinely kind, patient, and incredibly understanding of anxious pet parents and it’s obvious they truly care about every animal they look after. They’re also great about communicating during longer trips and will send photo updates if you need a little reassurance, which always puts me at ease. They offer well-priced add-on services so you can customize your cat’s stay based on their needs, and I love knowing my boys get exactly the care that works best for them. I feel completely comfortable leaving them here because I know they’re being monitored, cared for, and treated with love. I truly can’t recommend them enough.

We have only had our car for eight months and needed a place for her to stay while we were on vacation for a week. The Grand Feline Hotel was perfect for us in that they have very nice rooms and amenities and a very friendly, attentive, and caring staff to look over our cat while we were away. Being our cat's first time away from home since we adopted her, she was a bit nervous and took some time to settle in. It was helpful to have the camera to see what she was doing. The staff were beyond helpful in getting her to eat and drink normally again, spent a lot of time with her, and sent us additional videos so we could see how she was doing. It was great to know that she was staying at such a loving and caring place. We will definitely bring our cat back here the next time we have a long vacation!

I called them and set up an appointment and let them know my cat was a biter and they said they could shave him anyways and recommended gabapentin to assist which we did, they left my cat not even HALF shaved & called not even 5 minutes after dropping him off and they return him to me like this claiming they "couldn’t get the muzzle on him" how could that even be if he wasn’t even in there for 5 minutes?? I understand maybe not being able to shave him but this condition with his hair literally dangling off? Horrible i’d never recommend them. How do you even feel comfortable returning a cat like this?

Absolutely wonderful experience! I took my big boy, Mason, to get a lion cut because I couldn’t keep up with his matting (he’s gotten too big to groom himself properly - he is on a diet!). He got his haircut and a bath and it went really well. The staff are so patient and kind. Will definitely come back!

My elderly cat with dementia needed a place to stay while I was away. This place gave him his food and meds just how he liked it and loved him up everyday. They let me view him on a camera so I could check in on him. The private room was perfect with low stress. Highly recommend. Your cat will be well taken care of.

I’ve taken both my kitties to Grand Feline and they’ve been great to them every time. My long haired cat goes more often and I have never had any issues. The staff is very kind and always lets me know how my cats did while in their care. My long haired cat usually gets wash/brush and belly shave and my short haired cat usually gets a wash/brush. My boys always come home looking so handsome! I always recommend Grand Feline to anyone looking for a cat groomer. They’re great! The picture below is of one of my cats after his appointment today 🙂

They did fantastic grooming my cat. She is notorious for causing problems when being groomed, but they managed to groom and bathe her, and they were super nice. They even gave me a discount because they had to return her to me still damp. For the services provided, the cost was worth it! My cat was not happy but I’m glad they were able to shave her mats!
