Furry Friends Resort

Furry Friends Resort is an exceptional place, and I consistently feel confident leaving my puppy there for both daycare and overnight boarding. The entire staff treats my Rylee like their own, which truly sets them apart. I had a wonderful real-life confirmation of this when I was at the Santee Concerts in the Park with Rylee. Alyssa, a team member, spotted us and came over to say hello. Rylee's reaction was incredible—she literally jumped out of my arms into Alyssa's, overflowing with excitement! Everyone in my group, and even people around us, commented that you know your dog is well cared for when they react that way to a staff member. While I've always trusted Furry Friends Resort, Rylee's genuine excitement to see Alyssa was the ultimate proof that it's an excellent, loving place for my pup.

Love this place! Our vet recommended this resort and I cannot say enough good things. I used to manage a doggy daycare so I am picky about where I leave my cat but immediately had amazing vibes from the staff. We had to board our cat for a week and they were very kind and calm at drop off and pick up. Sammi was well taken care of by the wonderful staff and was back to his chill self in no time when he came home. I also love that they have separate entrances for cats and dogs to help the animals be more calm.

I’ve boarded my *reactive* special dog here three times and I cannot say enough great things about Furry Friends. It’s hard to find someone to thoughtfully care for your dog while you’re away and Furry Friends is just the place. My dog comes home well taken care of and I have peace of mind whenever I drop him off. I’m so glad we found this place for our dog whenever we cannot take him on trips with us.

Our two dogs stayed here recently for a few nights. Both of them received awesome care and attention from the staff at Furry Friends Resort. Our 13 year old dog had never been boarded before, and within a day or so became extremely scared and fearful of the situation. The staff went above and beyond to help our old boy get as comfortable as possible, even going to our veterinarian to pick up some medication for him. Even though he was scared they never gave up and were attentive to him. The luxury suites are awesome for the dogs with bed and TV, they make it a point for the dogs to feel at home. The webcams are excellent to check in on our doggies! The play areas are nice as well. There is a clear emphasis on cleanliness. They also offer grooming during the stay. Really good experience at the Furry Friends Resort, highly recommended.

We've loved taking our dog to Furry Friends! They can get really booked up around holidays so make sure to call in advance. They rotate the dogs out in the yard so they get consistent play throughout the day and they make sure your dog is with the right group. Every time we've taken our dog for boarding or day care the staff make it clear that they are paying attention to the dogs while they're in the yard and making sure they're taken care of.

I recently boarded my dog here, she is very fearful of people but the team here was so kind and patient with helping us make it work. They did a great job and made her feel so comfortable during her stay. I’ll definitely continue to bring her back in the future!
