A Dog's Day Out

This review is long overdue! I cannot express how much I love ADDO and everyone that works there! I do the unlimited daycare option and drop my dog off every day when I go to work. My dog runs into the facility so excited to play with his dog friends and employee friends. I can expect to pick him up with a smile on his face and sometimes a picture of him celebrating his dog bffs birthday. When my dog had another incident with a dog, the staff was quick to act, and super accommodating during the healing process. It sucks to have to leave your dog for 50 hours a week, but knowing they’re loved at daycare is such a special feeling. Thank you, ADDO!

We love a Dog’s Day Out! Bee has thoroughly enjoyed her time there since we’ve started taking her. The staff is amazing, they treat them like their own ❤️ This place will always be special to us as it brought us to our newest member of the family, Bruce! Bruce and Bee couldn’t be closer together, they thoroughly have the most sacred bond. Will never stop recommending you guys!

Our pup loves his days here! He is excited to head to the back and play with his friends. The staff are wonderful and know him by name even when he has missed a few months.

Our dogs have enjoyed A Dog's Day Out (ADDO) Springfield for years! Most recently, our Murphy can't wait to attend 'school' - what we tell her when headed out the door. She gets so excited!! The staff are wonderful, care deeply for all the dogs, and know their names. They keep the place very clean and are on top of all the required vaccinations. Once a month, whether our 'pups' need or not(!), we take them in for self-service baths!! Terrific facility overall and a great value. Highly recommend ADDO Springfield!

Cosmo L. has been going to ADDO for about a year. The staff is always attentive and friendly. Cosmo is nervous around other dogs and they take extra care to ensure his comfort and safety. Overall very satisfied with the service and staff.

My dog Clementine has a lot of issues, and I didn’t think she’d make a good candidate for daycare. But her separation anxiety was too insurmountable for her to be left alone while I was at work. The staff at A Dog's Day Out in Springfield worked with Clem to integrate her into environments with other dogs. They’ve learned her personality and quirks, and accommodate her needs exceptionally well. The staff clearly know and love dogs. I can’t imagine how I’d manage without their help, and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I have been coming to this location for years (2 generations of dogs). The owner and staff are excellent and Marcellus Hambone always gets a big reception and looks forward to coming back. He is a tough customer. A much better and safer alternative to the dog park.
