LOVE the luxury kennel option for our dog....he gets spoiled by the staff and comes home a happy pup and smelling great! 🐾

We brought one of our dogs here when we lived in Springfield. He was a fun, energetic and playful puppy at first. After a few visits here, his demeanor changed. He began to hate being around other dogs and that behavior persists to this day. He has confidence issues and flinches when we go to pet him as if he'd been hit. We have never ONCE hit either of our dogs. I'm not saying this place did anything to my dog - but I'm also not saying they didn't. I recall pulling up to pick him up one day only to see him being walked with a pronged collar - not something we ever gave permission or clearance for them to use on him. We don't live in Springfield anymore - but I still wouldn't recommend this place.

Paws down best place to send your babies while you're on vacation!! Our kids loved the Cardinal Suite. I called everyday for a full report. We were even provided a tour. Everyone came home, clean, tired and happy.

I have drop off my cat Eren here for two weeks. When I came back he was well fed (got a little chubbier). The staff is reliable, friendly, and always pick up the phone when I called to check in on Eren. However, his paws were dirty which made me wonder if he was in his litter box most of the time. Overall, I do recommend the place.

We have been looking for some time for a good place to board our boys teddy and leo. And we found it. Our boys were happy, clean and really not all that excited to see us so that tells me they had a great time!!!! We are so very happy we have found a great place the puppies want to go! Just awesome care. Thanks!! Highly recommend !!!!

Very caring people here. Our dog is always excited to go, which tells me they treat her well. The office is bright and clean, and they never hesitate to take you to see the boarding facilities. I will always recommend Howliday Inn!
