Mark at Olde Towne Pet Resort is fantastic! He does an amazing job with my Bernese Mountain Dog and is always so patient, kind, and attentive. Anyone who has a large breed dog knows they can take a little extra time and care, and Mark consistently goes above and beyond to make sure my dog is comfortable and well cared for. My Bernese always looks great after grooming and is happy and relaxed when I pick him up. It’s clear that Mark genuinely loves animals and takes pride in his work. I highly recommend Mark to anyone looking for a skilled, compassionate groomer who treats your pet like family. Thank you, Mark! 🐾

With complete confidence and based on years of great experience, I take my 10 yr old terrier Toby to OTPR-Springfield whenever my husband and I have travelled out of town and another family member is unavailable to stay. The staff and management are all conscientious, kind and competent. They ask questions, check him over before admitting him or other dogs, correctly administers any meds to him and call us if any concerns. We provide Toby’s food for his stay which they measure and feed him. They even had a Halloween party for the dogs when he stayed last Fall 😉 . He has always enjoyed the day camp though as he grows older he watches more from the sidelines. Highly recommend OTPR- Springfield.

Set up grooming for my cat and explained that she will need to be sedated prior to.. fast forward to today. I provided the sedative a nurse met me at the front check to receive the medication. I believe it was used however enough time was allotted for the medication to take effect and Fluffy was aggressive to deal with from the conversation I had with the individual who called me. Upon pick up I was informed that she was not bathe and still has a lot of knots left on her stomach area..

Been using Olde Towne Pet Resort for over 20 years; my childhood dog was groomed here and now as an adult my dog is groomed here. I love having the piece of mind that when you drop your pet off here, they're going to be safe/secure and come back to you well groomed and/or well exercised from daycare.

I have been using OTPR for years and they are by far the best pet care facility around. The staff is so friendly and attentive to each and every pet’s needs, daycare and group play times are well monitored, and the facilities are all clean and well maintained. I’m so lucky to have this team as a resource for my dog!!!

Nice facility with courteous customer service. I asked for the full service grooming with the works. Price was only $92 and my bishon-poodle was ready in about 2.5 hours. I dropped him off at about 8:05am and my daughter picked him up. Unfortunately his face was unevenly cut and it looked like he had the mumps. This was my first time using their service and now I’m hesitant about going back. His groomer was Marcus and there were quite a few customers there for Marcus so I don’t know if he was just extremely busy and rushed our grooming or what.

Vickie is a fabulous groomer! My new puppy had her first grooming with Vickie this week - great experience. I trust Vickie to treat my dog with loving kindness - she never disappoints.
