My dog is reactive and gets excited and I was worried about first grooming experience. I was pleasantly surprised and I look forward to his future visits and using the products.

Amazing place with amazing staff! Took my pup there for the first time today and had the warmest greeting. Today was a trial run to see if we'd like it here and we signed up for the membership so fast! My dog doesn't love his front paws being touched and when they noticed that they just loved on him more rather than just giving up because he was a little difficult. Thank y'all for taking the time to treat my dog like one of your own!

My Frenchie had a spa day and came home looking like a whole new pup! They did such a great job with him — clean, trimmed, and smelling amazing. The staff was kind and handled him with care, which means everything to me. If you have a French Bulldog, I definitely recommend bringing them here!

Scenthound sold a minority stake to VMG Partners, a venture capital and private equity firm, in early October 2025. After being subscribed with Scenthound for a few months, I was called during my dog’s service at the end of October and November, and told that her glands were really full and needed expressed. This is an $18 add-on to the service. My dog wasn’t having any issues prior to this, and while I don’t know enough about how often this should be done, I find it suspicious that she "really needed" this add-on two months in a row after the company was partially sold to private equity. I cancelled my subscription. Support your local groomer instead.

Clean, friendly business environment! Staff is accommodating for questions despite being busy. Appointments can be booked in a reasonable time. Prices are in line with other groomers. I will become a regular customer.

The entire staff was extremely nice, right from squeezing me in to get my Joey showered n groomed to catering to Joey’s anxiety. My boy came back to me looking gorgeous like he had never before and he’s 3, so he has been to a few groomers before. Helpful n knowledgeable staff and very friendly - I highly recommend them.

Great experience with our first visit today! Friendly staff who were able to fit us in for a bath and shedding treatment same day. They took their time to make sure my mastiff was comfortable and he left happy and smelling great!
