Jack Armour Pet Grooming

Jack did a 10/10 phenomal job! I have an Aussiedoodle with high anxiety and I spent the last few months trying to find a groomer that specialized in that and had a more calm environment for my dog. I came to Jack because of all the great reviews, and then before the cut had a phone call with him to go over my concerns. He spent time with me at the beginning of the appointment as well talking through everything and getting to know my dog. I appreciated that he only does one dog at a time, so your dog gets full attention the entire time meaning you can bring in treats, etc., to adapt to the dog’s needs. Jack gave me updates throughout the grooming. My 50 lb dog, who needed a big groom because he had not been groomed in a few months, took a little under two hours. There was a coffee shop next-door which I was able to work at while I waited. Overall I’m just so thankful I found Jack and look forward to being a long time customer! Before and after photos for reference! Jack asked about length preferences, etc and i opted for a 3/4 inch cut to start his coat fresh.

My dog came home looking amazing, clean, and happy, and my cat, who is usually very anxious, was handled with such care and gentleness that it truly made a difference. Jack and Derrick were amazing! My little pup is very fragile and needs to be handled with a lot of care, and they went above and beyond. They were so patient, gentle, and kind with her. Even though she’s tiny and could’ve been groomed quickly, they took their time to make sure she felt safe and calm. We’re so impressed with both of them and so grateful to have found such caring groomers!

Bella loves Jack! He is so so good with dogs. He has a special gift and leaves my baby beautiful . Highly recommend him for your fur baby!

Throughout every step of the groom, I could hear Jack and Derrick showering my pup with loving words! Not only is this an exceptional cut but their attention to detail on all facets of the groom, I am in awe of. They use premium products and tools that you can see a difference; the bathroom is spotless; their skill is unmatched! Grateful to have found this duo!

We have been taking our dog Nala here for grooming for nearly a year now and she loves to come and really enjoys her time there. Jack and staff are always very sweet and accommodating.
