Very disappointed. By far the worst grooming he’s had in years & I paid about $150 with tip. When I went to pick him up, his hair was still too long, they were nice enough to do a revision, but by the time I got him back the second time the cut was very choppy and at this point, I was over it. Photos below. He still has crust in his eyes. I asked for a Yorkie cut face, gave these photos but this isn’t it. The ears are choppy, the face is choppy. No attention paid to details. I’ll show what I asked for vs what I got. The staff was nice and tried to accommodate, but I think the skills just wasn’t there or they may have been too busy today. What I asked for photos were from a Scenthound in Florida just 2 months ago * Update * I’m just getting home and I see it’s a whole strip of hair missing on my dog’s legs. I am furious. And they’re saying that this abrasion on his ear is old. I can’t fact check that, but I’ve never seen it. I’m so upset As a 5/14.. nobody has reached out. The person I was emailing has stopped responding since showing her these photos & expressing my frustration with this service

Seamless booking experience. Friendly staff. They took great care of our pup for his Basic Hygiene Plus service which includes bath, ear cleaning, nail trim, nail grind, and teeth brushing. We also added a paw trim. Momo came home looking great! Super clean and happy. His paws looks great too! We will be back for our monthly bath! Thanks ladies!

I highly recommend Scenthound @ Chastain Square. Bella always returns with an amazing look and they have never given her a razor burn like the company that used to come to our home for grooming. The prices are good and worth every penny.

I’ve given this place multiple chances, and unfortunately, they’ve disappointed me every time. That’s on me for continuing to bring my baby here. Last week, I brought her in for the full grooming package, and she came back with one of the worst haircuts she’s ever had. Her face was uneven, there were knots in her tail, and several areas on her body and legs were choppy and not properly trimmed. It honestly looked rushed and unfinished. To make matters worse, when I took her to the vet today for a teeth cleaning, they told me her nails were very overgrown and had to be cut. That clearly means her nails weren’t trimmed during her grooming appointment, even though I paid for the full package. I’m extremely disappointed and feel like I didn’t get the service I paid for. If you decide to go here, I would strongly recommend double-checking that they complete all the services included in the package you paid for. I won’t be returning.

I’m extremely disappointed with this place. This was my second visit — the first time they left nails uncut, her paws uneven, and she was still wet when I picked her up. I gave them another chance because they’re conveniently located, and I regret it. I asked for a light trim on my full-coated Pomeranian, but they nearly shaved all her hair off. She was shaking the entire ride home. Once home, she hid under furniture, wouldn’t eat or drink, barely used the bathroom, and trembled whenever I picked her up. I later found razor cuts near her private area, which explains why she was scooting and avoiding going to the bathroom. It’s now been a full week and she’s just finally starting to get back to herself, but she still has a scab near her private area (see attached photo). I’ve had to apply ointment and monitor her closely. Between the poor grooming and the injury, I cannot recommend this place at all.

They gave our very furry pyrenees mix a great bath for a reasonable price. Very convenient, fast and an easy way to keep your dog clean and comfortable. High recommend!

My baby boy looks very handsome and smelling like baby! Perfect I was very impressed with the results, and he’s not easy to handle 🥰 ( husky)
