Jeff did an amazing job grooming Bijou. She came out looking so pretty, clean, and perfectly styled. The pricing was very reasonable, especially for the quality of service provided. What really stood out was his professionalism he took the time to clearly explain everything, listened carefully, and made sure to note exactly what I wanted. The timing was on point, and communication before the appointment made the whole process smooth and easy. Most importantly, Bijou came back calm and relaxed, which tells me she was handled with care and not stressed at all. You can tell she was in good hands the entire time. Highly recommend Jeff if you want someone who is skilled, attentive, and truly cares about your pet.

Groomed by Adrian is always so professional and gentle with my fur baby who can get a little rambunctious! They handle him with care and his haircut is always perfect. They are prompt to respond and very good with time. He’s always in and out! Bebe at the Broad St. location is so pleasant and makes booking a seamless experience. My favorite grooming salon by far!

This was my first visit which I was referred by a friend. I just say I was OVERLY SATISFIED with the color Job done on my fur babies. Might I add they smelled sooooooo Good!!! Highly recommend and my Babies are now returning clients!

i got my dog’s color done for the first time & absolutely loved the experience ! my dog has anxiety going to new areas without me, the second he came out he was so relaxed ! the blue on his white coat is a beautiful pop of color! Adrian was so nice and overall I will be coming back !!

These people are great and I highly recommend! The owner Adrian is Awesome. He used to cut my dog at my home almost 10 years ago. I take my two white dogs to him now and they come back sparkling! He now he has multiple locations. I'm very proud to call Groomed by Adrian my dogs groomer. Try them out!

Adrian and team are poodle pros! My dogs have a such a great experience there and always look fantastic. We’ve worked with Adrian, Jeff and several of the other groomers. I’m very thankful to work with a groomer team who strives to be experts at what they do!

DO NOT GO HERE!! I’m very disappointed to have to write this, because I’ve used this groomer multiple times and even referred several people in the past. However, after my dog’s appointment on 2/12/2026, she came home with significant redness and bumps consistent with razor/clipper burn. She has been very uncomfortable and constantly licking the affected area. I understand accidents can happen, but pet safety and proper care are extremely important. I recommend checking your pet carefully after pickup and discussing blade length/sensitivity beforehand. I hope this feedback helps prevent another pet from going through the same experience. (Text message to groomer) Me: Hi, I wanted to let you know that after 2/12/2026 grooming appointment, my dog came home with significant redness and bumps that appear to be razor/clipper burn, especially on her under arm and groin area. I did not notice it right away but she’s been licking and seems uncomfortable. I am attaching photos. My dogs name is Remi. Can you send a full photo of your dog? Good morning. I’m sorry to hear that. Hope your baby is feeling better now.. from the looks of the pictures it can also be a reaction.. maybe from the shampoo.. some neosporin should help it heal quickest. It doesn’t look too severe so it should heal fine. Sorry again Me: The pictures I sent are from this morning. Avoid human antibiotic ointments with pain relief (like lidocaine/benzocaine) — toxic if licked. It’s a razor burn not an allergic reaction. The vet should have the best solution for you. Just was giving a suggestions that has helped me in the past. If you do feel that this is something more serious we de recommend visiting the vet. You know you bay best. In my experience, Razor burns typically heal within a few days to one week.
