India is an absolute gem. Her patience, kindness, and knowledge shine through in everything she does. Louie absolutely adores her. Seeing how excited and calm he is with India tells me I couldn’t have chosen a better groomer. She treats him like her own, takes her time, and genuinely cares, not just about how he looks, but how he feels. I’m beyond grateful to have found someone I trust so completely. India is truly special at what she does, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. If I could give 10 stars, I would without hesitation.

India was absolutely amazing with my son onyx. The suite is extremely sterile and welcoming. She made onyx very comfortable considering he gets really timid with groomers. He loved her a lot. I’m so happy to have you as my new groomer!

What makes her exceptional isn’t just how beautiful our puppy looked afterward — it’s how much she genuinely cared about how our puppy felt throughout the entire experience. She provided calm, one-on-one attention, kept me updated, and made our dog’s first grooming appointment positive and stress-free. It’s clear she prioritizes the dog’s comfort and well-being above all else ... and our puppy looks absolutely adorable!!!

We have a skittish senior dog with a medical condition, so traditional groomers—especially those that require crating—just haven’t worked for us. After mixed experiences with other mobile groomers (and even attempting to groom her ourselves, which really gives you an appreciation for how hard this is!), we finally found India at So Fresh Pet Spa—she is incredible. India is patient, kind, and clearly experienced with anxious dogs. Most importantly, our dog is comfortable with her—and looks adorable. If you have a nervous or older dog, I can’t recommend her highly enough. 5+ stars.

My toy poodle Benny had a great first experience at So Fresh Pets! He can be a little anxious but India made sure he felt very comfortable and kept me updated throughout the grooming session on how he was doing. You could tell he was getting personalized care. Would recommend!

India treated my baby soooo well!! Took her time to make him comfortable for his first visit with her. I have a toy poodle & she did amazing on his teddy cut. The best groom he’s gotten. It honestly made me emotional to see my baby getting treated so well, happy, playing, and enjoying his spa day. Thank you sooooo much India, we will be back!!
