I've been bringing my Bernedoodle to VIP for about two years now and every visit has been great. She's groomed well, nails trimmed, and she smells good too. The staff is very nice and helps with any questions. We'll keep going back!

Colleen and her staff do a great job grooming my big old grumpy Ragdoll kitty. Her employees are all very good with the animals and I heartily recommend them. Colleen is great!

Let’s start off by saying that the owner of this place is a sweet lady with a big heart for all animals the staff was great I brought in my parents chihuahua for a nail clipping and Paola took very good care of her thank you! I didn’t get the blonde lady name that brought me to the back to get my dog taken care of but she was very nice and professional. Now let’s talk about all these Karen’s and Ken’s leaving bad reviews on this sweet ladies you should be ashamed of yourselves and you need JESUS in your life we got bigger things in life to take care of… one another! Nobody cares about you dogs photo shoot and your brand nobody cares grow up. I’m going to pray over these miserable human beings that Jesus makes them right. The economy is not ok right now and everyone is struggling is the reason for higher prices to cut your dogs hair.,you don’t like it cut it YOURSELF or take it somewhere else and shut up about it nobody cares! I pray these people find forgiveness and heal with whatever is going on in their lives you don’t have to bring these good people down they are amazing humans. Do better!

I am SO bummed. I specifically said, "keep him poofy, we are going to be in the northeast so he won’t get hot, don’t make him look like a poodle. 1/2 inch at the most. Keep his face full." He went from puff to poodle. The exact OPPOSITE of what I had asked for. I didn’t even recognize him when they brought him to me. Not only that, this was a VERY expensive cut. I will never go back. And I recommend you don’t go in the first place. How disappointing.

If I could put no stars I would. Lately, I have noticed a change in its facility, and it's causing me to be concerned . I've noticed It's always someone new working there. The last time I brought my dog there and the person who brought up my dog. I told them thank you so much, I left yall a tip. They proceeded to tell me that they don't receive tips. And I thought that was weird. Because I'm always tipping for boarding.And it's for the staff members that take care of my dog. The owner personally said things about her staff that alerted me not to bring my dog back. It's just not the same there anymore. Groomers do great work but everything else I'm not sure of. One time I walked in the owner was yelling . I'm like I'm sure that scares the dog and make staff uncomfortable the reason why I keep seeing new people.

Very unprofessional blonde lady at the front desk was extremely rude from the initial phone conversation to us coming in! If you are looking for good customer service I would not come here. Terrible experience and the owners should train their people at the front desk much better.

I have been taking my dogs there for several years and never had any problems. They do an awesome job for haircuts and baths or both. The staff is very friendly. I highly recommend using them for all your grooming needs. CHANGED RATING from 5 stars to 1 star. Not the same place anymore. They used to care about quality but now they care about quantity. My dogs are scared to go here.
