​From the moment I stepped inside, the atmosphere at D Luxurious Paws was impressively elegant and inviting. The facility maintains an exceptional level of cleanliness, creating a comfortable and hygienic environment. My dog received an outstanding washing and a superbly executed grooming, demonstrating the staff's skill and attention to detail. I found the pricing to be very reasonable given the high quality of service. Furthermore, the staff members were exceptionally attractive and professional. The location is incredibly convenient, especially being so close to Charles Center Station 🐾 Highly recommended!

I had an excellent experience at D Luxurious Paws. I brought in my two dogs, and from start to finish the service was top-tier. The staff was welcoming, patient, and clearly experienced with handling different dogs. The space was clean, calm, and well organized, which immediately put me at ease. Both of my dogs were groomed with real care and attention to detail. Their coats were trimmed evenly on all sides, perfectly shaped, and finished exactly how I asked—nothing rushed or uneven. When I picked them up, they looked amazing and smelled great, and most importantly, they seemed relaxed and comfortable. It’s clear that D Luxurious Paws takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about the dogs they serve. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality grooming and a place you can truly trust. I’ll definitely be bringing my dogs back.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was going to be a new client and scheduled a grooming appointment for my golden doodle. My appt was for 145pm; at 146pm I called to ask if someone was close by to which the person said they were finishing up another service and would be on their way soon. An hour passed and I called again for an ETA and was informed they were 30 minutes away. No apology given, no regard for my time, just unprofessional. I was really looking for to getting my pups first cut but after I thought about the lack of customer service and consideration I received, I called to cancel and left a voicemail. The groomer still showed up now close to 2 hours late and text me from 3 different numbers, I responded by sharing my feedback and guess what? STILL NO RESPONSE NOR APOLOGY! You would think it would be common sense to inform a client you are running late and offer some type of apology or concession. I wanted to support this Black owned business, but they've failed miserably in delivering proper customer service and etiquette. Please book some place else!!!!

D Luxurious Paws has surpassed luxury when it comes to these animals. This store reeks of rainforest avatar Alice n wonderland vibes it smells great the lighting is amazing a must see even if you do not have a dog and his grooms WELLLL you see it love it here

Very patient with my dog, he is the only groomer in Baltimore City that I’d recommend.
