Mobile Pet Grooming

OVERPRICED, POOR QUALITY. NO STARS. Wasted 240.00. Long story short I have 2 dogs which usually takes groomer at minimum 2hours to cut wash and blow dry. She took less than an hour to complete both dogs that’s red flag #1. The cut was ok but I’ve seen better work.. it looked like a rush but that’s not the real issue. I had a new groomer today red flag#2 #3 presentation of her self was in question (looked like she just rolled out of bed) bonnet and pjs mixed match socks with slides. #3 I put my face to the dog and smelled the same corn chip odor that they originally had. I questioned if they bathed the dog she said yes. I know for a fact they weren’t washed they smelled so bad and then they claimed to have switched shampoos due to complaints from other customers.. I’m not one of the customers who have complained so why switch up my regiment. I can see a clear difference when my dogs has been washed/blow dryed.. both dogs fur still heavy with filth and stitch. I’m currently looking for new groomer they refused to rectify the issue. I refuse to use them again. They are very inconsiderate of customer satisfaction. If u use them request TERRANCE. best groomer they have.

I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience with this mobile dog grooming services. My Dog Adonis was groomed by Ms.Hermani ,after my dog’s grooming appointment, I noticed an injury caused by the clippers that later became infected. I had to take my dog to the vet, where he was prescribed steroids and antibiotics, costing me over $200 in medications and treatment. What made this situation even worse was the way the company handled it. When I reached out to inform them about the injury and my concerns, they completely disregarded the matter and attempted to lie about how the injury happened instead of taking accountability for their mistake. As a pet owner, I trusted them to care for my dog safely, and they failed to do so. Accidents can happen, but honesty, professionalism, and concern for the animal should come first. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I would not recommend this service to anyone who values their pet’s safety and proper customer care.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR MEDIUM TO LARGE DOGS HERE!! they are okay with small dogs but do not take your large fur babies here!!! i have a leonberger which has very long hair and i told the tech Alora to match his top to the sides because the sides were shorter than the top and to clean him up… how do we get to completely shaving his whole body down to a inch long??? these techs have no clue what they’re doing. I have a small dog less than 20 pounds and she was able to complete his service without a problem but then complained my other dog was to large and "forgot" to cut his feet or clean his ears?? i then contacted the tech to understand what happened and she was unprofessional and put all the blame on me that she didn’t understand i explained 3 times how i wanted my dogs haircut and got him back like this. then proceeded to explain that he is a double coated dog and shouldn’t be cut how she cut his hair THEN WHY WOULD YOU CUT HIS HAIR LIKE THAT???? Taking this as a learning lesson, not all grooming places know how to take care of our fur babies. and do not expect a refund for the bad the services….. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR LARGE DOG HERE!!!

BEWARE PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING IF YOU LOVE YOUR BABIES 🐾🐾🐾🐾they will mess up your dog they sent me someone that groomed my dog with no lights she did in the dark van was dirty after my dog appointment she was acting really different not herself, not playful whole time my dog, private part and buttocks was cut badly. And swollenShe ended up with bumps on her stomach. She been itching for days after her appointment. My dog never itch that much since I had her. A few years ago with my other dog they messed up my dog and I didn’t pay I was Livid but now my fiancé made this appointment and I didn’t even know that it was them that got booked . I was so mad when I found out it was them I gave them another chance anyway and failed again second time disappointed me THEY SHOULDN'T BE IN SERVICE I spent $120 when I could’ve did this cut myself look at my fur baby before her appointment I’m embarrassed to show you after then I even text the lady to let her know what’s going on. She just read my message. Ain’t didn’t even reply. Guess she’s not that clever because I read her on My baby fur all uneven 😭😭😭💔

I was very nervous as this is my first long haired cat, therefore my first grooming experience for a cat! The staff who answered the phone were very kind and reassuring, and Kayla (the groomer) did an amazing job. I can tell my princess Chloe feels better after her cut. It was a great experience from start to finish and I will definitely be back!

Yolanda did a great job handling Winslow! I was comfortable leaving him with her. He can be anxious and a little aggressive sometimes, but she had no trouble with him. She came on time and was parked and ready when I got downstairs. She explained all of he services and gave recommendations. He looks great and most importantly his toe nails are clipped perfectly.
