Petco Grooming

Absolutely love this groomer! They did such an amazing job with my sweet girl. She came home looking beautiful, smelling so fresh, and happy as ever. You can tell they really care and treat her with so much love. Highly recommend! 🐾💖

I love how Emma was so polite and handled my dog with care. I have seen people judge my dog because it has a cleft lip, but that wasn't the case there. Getting an appointment was easy and I am always going to be using their services.

I have been coming here for the last 4 years and Yvonne has always out done herself grooming my buddy Mellow, and australian shepard. He comes out exactly like I asked and he is so comfortable with her as they been bonding. Definitely ask for Yvonne!

We have been using Petco grooming services for over 7 years now. A majority of these services have been booked with Katie at the Canton location. She is always so sweet to our pup and goes above and beyond to make sure the experience is great for all of us. We recently moved to Timonium, gave their location a try and immediately booked the next session at the Canton location with Katie. We will always come back because of her and we appreciate all that she does to make sure our pup looks so handsome!

I normally have a good experience with grooming at this Petco. Recently I took my 13lb Pomeranian in for grooming. I paid for extra brushing and an extra deshedding package with a bath and haircut. My dog was not brushed or deshedded. THe haircut was horrible. The girl basically did a sanitary trim with some trimming in her sides. She did not touch the top, stomach or around her face/head/neck. I’m sure you can imagine how that looks. The areas she did trim were extremely choppy. Definitely did not look like a professional groomed her. I ended up paying $200+ to have my small dog groomed correctly since I had to take her to a different groomer and have her groomed a second time the correct way. I paid over $100 at Petco for the groomer to not know what she was doing. I contacted customer support and was told someone would reach out to me about my complaint and was never contacted. If you go to this Petco for grooming please check your groomer. I had scheduled with a specific groomer that normally does my dogs grooming and knows how to groom her and was given someone who did not know what she was doing

Easy to schedule appointment online Would have appreciated a more thorough report following the appointment - no actual details provided( how the bath and treatments were tolerated, ect)
