First visit...brought my cats, Tom and Jeri in for a nail trim. My grooming team was awesome in how they handled my kitties, with lots of love and patience. I've taken them to a few other places for trims, but all pale in comparison to Fairy Tails. Count on us being a repeat customer!!
Amazing staff!! My puppy absolutely loved them!! He looked beautiful after!!! I loved the vikings bandana they put on him HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! MORE THAN 5 STARS!! Tyson and I will be back!! Thank you Thank you!!
I’ve been bringing my shorkie, Loki, to Sally for a few months now. He’s 2 years old and he’s been to a few groomers. Sally will be his groomer for forever…unless we move far away 🙂 Today Sally met another happy customer our second shorkie (2 mo old, born 4/16/23) we named Bella. 😁🥰❤️
Always takes great care of my schnauzer and they love the dogs they groom!!! Only reason this is not a 5 star is because they are hard to schedule, with limited hours. With that being said it is worth the struggle because of the quality of work they do
Amazing! My boy smells incredible and is softer than ever before. Pad fur shaved and nails perfectly trimmed. All my requests at a reasonable cost. I'm very happy.
No one offered to help open the door for me when I was trying to juggle my baby’s car seat and the dog leash. I had a newborn and a dog and had come here a few times prior. Two of the women actually laughed at me when I asked if someone could just help hold the leash for a second while I propped my baby’s car seat up and held the door open. They explained that the highway was too close by so they couldn’t help hold the leash for liability reasons. Understandable. Even just holding the door and showing some kindness to a new mom would’ve been nice. Wouldn’t recommend this place based on the attitude of the employees when I asked for help.
