Awesome facility for self wash dog bathing! Came in with my 100lb doggo and was greeted by a kind staff, clean facilities and all the grooming tools needed! At a very reasonable rate I was able to bathe my furry companion and left looking better than ever! Will certainly return😀
Extremely helpful! We did the self-serve pet wash. Our pooch has an issue with soaps and sometimes not being rinsed well when we pay to have him groomed. We are traveling and needed a way to bathe him. They were open and had availability when we went. They provide towels, soap, ear cleaning solution and cotton pads, heavy duty dryers and even an apron to wear so you don’t get soaked. Place was perfect for what we needed and staff was very helpful and friendly. Our boy was not thrilled about his bath though. 😂
Kimber and team took GREAT care of my 16 week old Scottie puppy for her first hand strip grooming. She even showed me how to keep pup tidy between grooming appointments. We will definitely be back! Thank you Kimber!
Love this place for the self wash! I‘ve never used their grooming services, but their self grooming station is great. They don’t have a time limit so I was able to give my dog a deep wash (for an awesome price!) and brush for the summer. The staff were friendly. I’ll be back!
Called ahead to ask some questions, very thorough and polite on the phone. Great customer service. When I got there, I was offered multiple grooming tools and soaps to use for my dog. I was provided a quick explanation of how the wash station worked, and my dog (a tripod) didn't have any trouble staying upright in the tub. I initially thought the water pressure was far too high, but my dog didn't seem bothered at all by it. Trust the experts, I guess.
went twice to use self dog wash and both times they were closed. hours listed on Google or website are not accurate. doesn't look like they are open on weekends anymore, too.
They are so kind with my reactive little guy! He looks beautiful & is happy to go for his spa treatment!
