Tender, Love and Care Pet Salon, LLC

I started taking my American Eskimo to Tender, Love and Care Pet Salon about six months ago. The staff does a great job with my fluffy dog. They treat her with great care, she always looks beautiful and she's done in a prompt manner. The pricing is fair and the hours are convenient. I've had to change appointment times a few times and the staff is always quite accommodating. I would highly recommend Tender, Love and Care Pet Salon.

We are first time customers to TLC. When our long time groomer hung up the clippers we frantically searched for a replacement. We were referred to TLC by a woman with a rescue dog that was extremely skittish. I scheduled an appointment for Lola (Chihuahua/Jack Russell) and Griffin (Maltese/Yorkie). Cathy did an amazing job with them! They were way overdue and looking a bit rough. We loved everything about our experience with TLC. Tiffany was pleasant and professional. Cathy was so sweet and loving to our dogs. She is so good-natured that my normally shy 3 year old gave her a hug and let her pick him up. At pickup we immediately scheduled another appointment. We live in Meridian so it's a little out of the way. Regardless, we found a gem and that makes it worth the drive. Thank you Tiffany and Cathy!

The ladies who groomed my Giant Schnauzer puppy did an outstanding job! Price was very reasonable at $65. I would definitely use again.

Groomer Kathie always does such great job on my Bogey. I bring in my shaggy little doggie and she gives me back a cute little puppy. She is so good with Bogey!

Kathy groomed my baby today and did AMAZING!! These women are so kind and welcoming and clearly love animals. I’m so grateful I found such good people I can’t rust my baby with and she came home looking amazing- thank you again!

NEVER AGAIN. NEVER AGAIN. NEVER AGAIN. I had an appointment for 2pm. I had used TLC once before. As the first time, the place smelled like dog poop. I asked when my dog would be ready to pick up and I was told 5-6 hours. WHAT? I drove 45 minutes to have TLC to groom an 11# dog. So I drove back home. (I usually wait until my dog is done). Said they would call when he was ready. Did not hear from them so drove back into town assuming my dog would be ready after 6 hours. When I arrived I was told it would be an another 30 minutes. Where was my dog during this 6 hour wait? Was he pottied? Did he have water? 180 minutes of driving time and the groom was average. My dog was In a kennel without water or exercise. NEVER AGAIN. NEVER AGAIN.

My sons irish setter just got groomed by this place. I am freaking out. The groomer said she knew what an irish setter looks like. Well obviously she does not. I would have thought she would looked at a show irish setter to give the grooming cut he asked for. I have 2 irish setters and I would have flipped out if that happened. $140 for a jagged cut. You don't use scissors on an irish, you use clippers. I showed the breeder and she is horrified. At the very least you should have given their money back. It takes 6 months to a year to repair the damage that has been done.
