Nature's Design Dog Spa | Pet Groomer

I decided to try a different groomer, as I was using one of the big box stores for grooming. The process to get Icky scheduled was so easy. Everyone was so kind when making the appointment. I was able to tell them that he gets a little nervous when getting certain parts of his body trimmed. They acknowledged that, but we're able to work with him. Kayla did an amazing job and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. The price was great, the service was great, the care for my dog was great. I would recommend you make an appointment if you need a groomer or are looking to switch from a current one. I'm glad I did. Here is a little before and after.

We are so thankful to have Vic and the crew back in Boise to care for our Pearl. They are the most loving, gentle dog groomers we've used and Pearl is always ready to cover them in kisses. Highly recommend!!!

We’ve had such a wonderful experience at Nature’s Design Dog Spa. Kayla has been absolutely amazing with our Great Dane Louie. Vic, Kayla, and Charly have all been incredibly kind and patient especially knowing that Louie has some nervousness about grooming after a previous bad experience. This was Louie’s second visit with them, and what really stood out to me was their willingness to go at his pace. During his first appointment, he was too stressed to complete the bath, and I truly appreciated that they didn’t force him through it just to get it done. Instead, they worked with him gently and made the experience as positive as possible, even if that meant adjusting the plan for the day. At this most recent visit, you could already see how much more comfortable he’s becoming with them. Their gentle handling, clear communication, and genuine care for his emotional well being mean so much to us. It’s such a relief to find a team that prioritizes a dog’s comfort and trust over rushing the process. We’re so happy to have found them and would highly recommend them to anyone especially those with nervous or large breed dogs.

My dogs always look amazing after getting groomed at Nature's Design Dog Spa. What matters most to me, though, is how comfortable and happy they are with the groomers — they’re excited when they arrive and completely at ease in their care. It’s clear that the groomers truly care about each dog’s individual needs and handles them with patience, kindness, and attention to detail. Another thing I really appreciate is they use stalls instead of kennels to hold the dogs, and I feel it has really helped my dogs not stress out as much. I would recommend Nature's Design to anyone.

Staff always excited when they see Piper. They get her right in with no waiting. Vic is an authorized esthetician, who uses special soaps and treatments on Piper’s skin conditions. She is bathed, blown dry, with an headband to cover her ears, and has her hair cut with lots of love and tenderness. When Vic was temporarily located in Nampa, I was happy to drive there so I didn’t have to find a new groomer. The salon is clean, well organized and safe.

We have been using this groomer for years. Our puppy is skittish and they are very sweet and gentle with her. Her haircut always looks nice and the facility is clean and cute. We are glad to have found Vic and her team to take such good care of our furry kid!

We are loyal customer of Nature Design Spa for the last 10 years. Our second generation of Airedale Terriers are served there, and it is an amazing place for professional grooming. Our dogs love the owner and we are not going to try any other provider ever.
