I’ve been using pups DIY for about 2 years now. Yesterday was my third time in recent months showing up to locked doors during posted open hours. It’s unfortunate because I liked coming here; it’s bare-bones but with all the essentials at your disposal.

I was so pleased with this business! Right when we walked in we were greeted by a smile and a friendly hello! Taylor was extremely helpful! It was clean, smelled great and had a great atmosphere. I'll definitely be back! My dog LOVED the staff!

I have always had a positive experience with Dirty Paws. The groomers and bathers are consistent, and provide nothing short of top quality service and results for Daytona. She is a known raspy (slightly dramatic) squealer, so knowing she is in good hands is relieving. Easy to book, reminder appointment calls, clean environment with an amazing staff. If you want it - they got it!

New owners- same friendly staff. Very clean. We are do-it-yourself dog washers & love the facility. Week-day specials as well. New expanded hours as well.

I had a family member who consistently took their dogs to Dirty Paws and had great experiences. However, that has yet to be my experience. I've been rescheduled numerous times on the day of my appointment for reasons that I find unnecessary. I am flexible, knowing things come up, but this has been excessive. Also, my dog was given a bad grooming job, and I was questioned several times, even after I provided photos. Then, I had to wait a week to bring him back to have the poor grooming job corrected. It could be an issue with this specific groomer, as she has even been late to several morning appointments. It took me calling and text messaging to get an arrival time. Regardless, this all reflects directly on the business. The best part... was their last text message to me... "best of luck in your search for a groomer."... my suggestion is how you can as a company rectify the situation. Consider recognizing how often someone has been rescheduled, and offer someone else to groom the pet. Otherwise, you lose business... just like you lost mine.

called 4 times no answer, made an appointment showed up and doors are locked no ones inside. schedule says mon-sat 9am-6pm but i guess they're closed mondays at 2pm

Truly disappointed I went to this location Saturday the 18th and nobody was there at 5:20 PM on the website it clearly states they close at 6 PM if you want to close your store at 5:15 then maybe you should post it on your website so people don’t drive to your location if I could have given this place is zero I would have you’ve lost a customer, Follow-Up: I wanted to follow up to let you know that the Dirty Paws owner contacted me and apologized for the inconvenience that it caused me and gave me a $5.00 off my next wash coupon. I genuinely feel that she had no control over an employee leaving early. I do love the smell of their shampoos for my doggies. I am leaving a five-star review because the owner made it right and cared enough to get back to me. I will continue using their service and will recommend it to my friends and family.
