Sudsy time pet grooming

I’ve been taking my dog there since they’ve open- over 10yrs! I now live in Chicago and make the trip over to Bolingbrook just for his grooming services as they have always taken good care of my Kai. They have always done a wonderful job and as Kai has gotten older they always treat him with care and love. He always comes home smelling great and the grooming is always perfect! Wonderful people and even great services! Highly recommended

Great experience, staff is friendly and professional. They did a great job grooming my Bubbles. Really appreciate the full suite of services provided. Bubbles was so calm and happy when he was done. I'm so grateful!

First time using this groomer and I’m very pleased with the experience. The appointment was quick comparing to what I've experienced in the past, the staff was friendly, and my dog’s haircut turned out so cute. We’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely horrible if i can give 0 stars i would.I usually take my dog to another groomer but since it was far i decided to take my dog somewhere closer.I brought my dog there they didnt have a book to look at like my other groomer to see how much i wanted them to cut off so i was unsure and needed some time to think.I ended up telling the lady i wanted 1 inch cut off and for reference my dog is a pretty small dog but she hasnt been to the groomers in a couple weeks.Once i told them i wanted 1 inch off they told me it would be $60 but they only take cash i said okay then went on my way.Fast forward to when i picked her up the first thing i seen was that she was cut shorter then i asked.I then took her home and gave her trim a closer look i then looked at her nails and seen she was bleeding and that they had cut her nails shorter then they were supposed to causing her to bleed on all her nails.So no i would not recommend bringing your dog here they need more training.I dont have good photos to show because my dog was moving a lot but dont go here!!!!

Been coming here 15 plus years . Great service . My only to go place. I only trust her with my dogs great customer service and high quality service. Never been disappointed. I highly recommend them to anyone who is interested in getting their dogs groomed and bathed.

I took my dog here for the first time to get her first ever grooming experience. They did an excellent job, you can see the before and after transformation. And she smells and looks amazing! We will be back.
