Veronica is very kind and patient with our dog. We brought our dog in for the first time recently after moving to the area and our neighbor recommended her business. The space is small and quiet, which we thought we be a good atmosphere for our dog who used to get groomed in a louder, busier environment.

Veronica has been an absolute lifesaver! When I had to rush to India for a family emergency, she looked after my girls, Diane and Devi, with so much love and care that I never had to worry for a moment. She’s also their groomer, and anyone with Briards knows not every groomer understands how to handle them properly. Over the years, we’ve worked out the perfect grooming routine together — no knots, no stress — and Diane and Devi always come back looking like show-ready Briards.

Veronica is the best!! Hands down. We drive 30 minutes for this grooming because of what a great and thorough job she does. Plus, mochi freaking loves her. He flips out in the happiest of ways when he sees her shop. I think it’s because he gets to hangout with her and all the other dog. Veronica is the best groomer, bring your dog here. You won’t regret it

Veronica is hands down the best. I’ve been taking my dogs to her since they were puppies . My dogs LOVE her and they come back looking impeccable . She loves animals And is so kind to them, they act as if they’re greeting me when they greet her- they’re absolutely psyched out of their minds to go to the shop to be groomed because they get to hang out with her and their buddies on "Tiny Tuesday ". 🤣🥰 All I have to say is "hey guys do you want to go see Veronica??! ". And they flip out like I’m taking them to the beach . Happy happy happy She takes no short cuts and cuts no corners so if you bring your dog in matted and filthy, be prepared for it to take longer . But that is common sense . I Highly 100% recommend !!!

I called here because my Boston Terrier,OJ, needed her anal glands expressed. Veronica answered the phone and told me it was cheaper to get it done with a package deal, also it's just in case any "funky juices" got anywhere else. Not bad $30 for anal glands, nail trim, ears cleaned, shampoo & conditioner, blow dry... list goes on. She said she would give me 10% off if I had my Shih Tzu, Baxter, get a hair cut package as well ($58), total coming out to $80 after the 10 % discount. The groomer advised me on what to do for Baxter the next time he gets a haircut (very guarded with his eye area). They were real friendly, gave advice, and available on very short notice (I called Monday, and they had availability Tuesday in the afternoon). Just remember they only take cash or check so come prepared. I'm glad I read another review to be prepared for payment. They genuinely have patience with even the toughest fur clients. They're the best groomers I've experienced so far in the bay area.

Very lovely place to bring your pet over for a sweet grooming session. My little baby always looks fabulous after coming home from a visit from her favorite salon!

Horrible experience trying to coordinate with the owner. She claims that she doesn’t pick up the phone "due to too much spam" and if she does pick up, she will hang up on you if she doesn’t want your business (due to day or time).
