Chicago Puppy Place

He was rude and I told him the sign says new dogs for 35.00 and he said no and charge me 50.00 and i went again to see and he still wanna charge a lot, and he said go somewhere else like he didn't care so, I did and they treat my dogs better then he does. He doesn't even cut good that what i get for going to a so call cheap place. Always check before getting you dog cut.

my Mom recently took my dog here to get groomed and I am not satisfied at all. He looks terrible!! He has a fluffy face and tail and his whole body is nearly bald!! My sister used to take her dog here as well and had the same experience. Never again will my dog go here I could’ve did a better job myself. I don’t believe my dog had that many knots that he had to be shaved bald!!

Never again will I ever take my dog there. I took my baby there because a friend had suggested it.The man was very rude and it looked like crap in there and then when I went to pick up my dog he was hurt. My dog has a blood shot red eye and this man is telling me either A) he was like that ( which is not the case my dog is treated like the prince he is) or B) it could have happened because he is irritated. Um no thats not the case u hurt my dog and this will not be the last of it.

Had a great experience. He was very kind with my dog. He ensured she was calm and comfortable with him. He asked me to stay until she was comfortable. Other than the place being a bit dingy/dirty...it was an excellent experience for both me and my dog.

This place is unsanitary I see rat traps everywhere the owner didn't even come and welcome us at the door so we left because I didn't feel my dog was safe there I give it zero stars!! It smelled so bad! Never again!

This guy is a horrible person. He literally hits and mistreats dogs. Don’t take your animals there no dog deserves this type of treatment. Walked into him choking my dog! DONT TAKE HIM THERE.

Did a great job on my dogs and I will definitely go back to get them groomed again
