Love their care with my usually anxious rescue Chihuahua, Gigi. Their salon is communicative with her care and expected timeline for her service. Love the report card provided to let us know she was cooperative with her care!
I love this location. I’ve been taking both of my dogs here for several years now. Always happy with the results and grooming and baths. Everyone is nice. And price is also great.
Jacive always does an amazing job grooming Frank. She has lots of patience and Frank has gotten the chance to learn how to trust her. I would definitely recommend her.

Took my LABRADOODLE dog to get groomed and have a little hair cut off... a little bit like half he had (en he did have very long hair and he couldn’t even see that’s why I took him) but gave him a close shave! VERY CLOSE! not what I asked for at all! Not to mention, you don't cut long-haired dogs that much (not even LABRADOODLES) ... first picture is what they did. The first one is what he should have looked like ! I am SO EXTREMELY MAD! He’s now freezing and he does look sad too!
I’ve been taking my dog Mimi here for about 2 yrs now.. I specifically ask for Ricardo to groom my dog.. he does a amazing job.. thank you for you service and PETCO and continue to be the best at what you do I would recommend anyone to take there dog to this location on diversey and Pulaski in Chicago
